They forced us to pay service charge. According to them if you book online you have to pay service charge because you get discount from district app. We clearly told them told them that it's not allowed to force us to pay. They said that its mentioned in or TnC. In reality in TnC they have mentioned Extra charges will be applied. They very cleverly didn't mention Service Charge. Pathetic experience, never seen a restaurant do such cheap tricks. Plus Average food taste

very disappointing experience with Rumours Restaurant. The packaging was absolutely pathetic poorly packed , messy,and not at all what you would expect from a professional restaurant . The food quality may be one thing . but proper hygienic packaging is equally important,especially for takeaway. overall,a very poor experience . i expected much better from Rumours Restaurant and hope they seriously improve their packaging and presentation.
