I recently visited Sankalp Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed, especially with their South Indian offerings. The dosa was a standout – perfectly crisp, golden brown, and served with a trio of flavorful chutneys and piping hot sambar. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the dosa had just the right balance of crunch and softness. Equally delightful was their masala idli. The idlis were soft and fluffy, generously coated in a tangy, mildly spiced masala mix that added an exciting twist to the traditional version. It’s the perfect dish for anyone who wants a flavorful, comforting option that still feels light. The service was quick, the staff courteous, and the ambiance clean and inviting. If you’re a fan of authentic South Indian food, Sankalp is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend trying both the dosa and masala idli — they won’t disappoint!

I went to Sankalp with my family. We had Rava Onion Dosa and Dosa platter. Tye preparation was very good and the dosa’s were quite crispy when brought. In the desserts we had Havmor Vanilla Ice-cream (Sugar free) and filter coffee. I was quite surprised that they even had without sugar options which are not that easy to find. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to have authentic South Indian food at decent prices.

It’s an awesome place with an nice ambience.. a lovely chain restaurant of Gujarat now available in Doon. Must try Authentic South Indian taste

Best South Indian I have had, better than some popular restaurants at Delhi even. I had Idli and Vada, both were delicious.

The quantity was too less, the plates for dosa were smaller than my home plates ..smart tactic. Masala had to be paid for by extra charges for just two spoons of aloo sabzi..not even a full bowl after paying extrq. Extremely disappointed with the price to quantity ratio..taste was okay

I have been to more Sankalp outlets in and outside india as well but i have to say this was the worst one of all The staff was not helpful at all in terms of parking which was chargeable for no reason. The security people were selectively taking money for the car park which did not make sense And when asked for help from the staff they were like we cant do anythjng about it and you talk to them yourself Coming to the food, the chutneys were way below standards of sankalp and did not taste authentic at all The server got the dosa and i saw he was holding the dosa plate with his finger over my dosa which disgusting to see On a table of 4 the dosa and accompaniments were left on the empty side of the table for us to arrange ourself Over all the worst southindian experience and specially from sankalp Please do not visit this outlet specially

the restaurant is in a mall on 3rd floor & there is no lift you can use only outdoor stairs to reach to restaurant we booked a table but we were not able to find any way to reach there 😞
