Very disappointing experience with Chaupal. I paid ₹7500 for 25 days of dinner (₹300 per day), and there was NO clear mention that this was strictly based on calendar dates. I was told off days would be adjusted. I took 10 days off assuming they’d be adjusted, but now they’re refusing—causing a ₹3000 loss for food I never received. On top of that, on my last day I waited and they didn’t even bother to offer water. This feels misleading and highly unprofessional. Not recommended unless everything is clearly written upfront.

Very disappointing experience. The sandwich was extremely poor in quality, and the fries were soggy and unappetizing. I had clearly requested a simple sandwich with only cheese, without any vegetables or additional ingredients. However, my request was completely ignored, and the sandwich was made with everything I specifically asked them to exclude. This shows a lack of attention to customer instructions and poor food quality. Not acceptable at all.
