the food is awesome the service by Ajay ji was very polite humble and quick...returning from mussorie to dwlhi..this was the best place to halt and have a quick eatery break. very relaxing

While I understand that finding authentic South Indian food in Northern India is quite difficult, the food was pretty decent apart from the fact that Sambar was terrible. It has too much tang which wasn't at all pleasing While the oil or butter they used in Dosa was overwhelming and a bit too greasy for the taste. The filling was overall quite good but the greasiness from the butter made the outer layer soft which took away from the taste and experience. The filter coffee and Pineapple Halwa were the only saving grace. The coconut chutney was watery and Red Chutney was awful. If you're looking for a cooked meal, it's a good place that offers decent sitting space and parking area but if you're not hungry or not craving South Indian, I would skip this one. Just some 3-4KM ahead, you'll find Centirio Mall with much better overall options. Ordered: Udupi Dosa Butter Paper Masala Dosa Filter Coffee Pineapple Halwa Meal For 2: Rs. 500

#honestreview Didn't feel like trying anything else after the dosa. Recently went to Udupi for the first time after a friend's recommendation & now we know what kind of friends to stay away from! The outlet has a decent ambiance with options for both AC & non-AC but they missed out on a part which is kinda important for a food outlet- taste of food. Tried Mysore masala dosa which was just good enough to fill our stomachs. Lime sodas came to the rescue & we couldn't really risk ordering anything else. Summing it up, try it once if you want to but there are definitely better options for South-Indian food in Doon. Maybe it was just a bad day for us so let us know your reviews in the comments below. Food: 7/10 Ambiance: 7.5/10 Meal for 2: 500₹

Pathetic experience ever had the staff were illiterate and very rude with their customers they don't know how to behave and how to give respect to their customers. I suggest everyone don't waste your money by visiting in this restaurant they don't have any standard of taste. The dosa taste was sweet and not even close to the actual taste of dosa and I think they don't even know how to make dosa. We went there yesterday and we ordered some food and after finishing the food we told them to pack the left over food which we ordered but they very rudely refuse to pack the food and gave us boxes and they said pack yourself we don't have any staff to pack the food and for me that was very rude behaviour and this was my worst experience that I ever had in my life. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We're basically South Indians and hence gone to have some idly and dosa. But it tasted atrocious. None of the dishes tasted good. We tried idly, rava plain onion and butter plain onion dosa. I suggest not to go to this place if it is for South food

This is not at all South Indian dosa or idly. Please dont get the idea that this how actually our food tastes. This is not how dosa or idly is. This is way bad.. And i m from Udupi district..take it from me

1, waste of time 1 HOUR waiting. 2, food preparation delay upto 1 hour 3, I also called the restaurant they are not taking responsibility .
