This has been an absolutely pathetic experience. There is literally no sense of service here. The staff are moving around at their own convenience, completely ignoring the customers. Their behaviour is extremely unprofessional — no acknowledgement, no courtesy, and no urgency whatsoever. Despite repeatedly waiting, no one has bothered to update us on when the food will actually be served. The level of negligence, lack of coordination, and careless attitude displayed by the staff is truly unacceptable. This is far below even basic service standards.

Went to this place with high expectations but it turned out to be a bad experience in terms of food. Everything that we ordered was served almost cold. For beverages, they have spiced coke but no where in the menu or the staff mentioned that it contained raw chillies. We finished the starters and left the place. Donot order paneer dishes here, they look and taste like soya sauce, panner was too soft and felt as if it curd was frozen to look like panneer

They serve naan & kulcha which contains egg, but there is no red marking on it, instead Tiramisu contains egg & is marked red. They are trying to trick vegetarians into eating non-veg, and are playing with their religious sentiments.

One of the most useless customer service I have ever witnessed....waiter has no etiquette to talk nor serve..worst restaurant in the town...if I could give star in negative I would have given that

food was good but their service was very bad we waited almost for 20 min for the menu card even after asking for it from the waiters then we complained to the manager then we got average service
