The ambience was nice , staff is great. I don’t like the food so much though. I won’t say the food is great , but beyond average. Would go again for the quick service and cleanliness though. I had panner tikka masala would give it a 3/5.

The food was quite nice but the overall management was very poor.....the restaurant was very understaffed........the restaurant is inefficient of serving many people at once.......the food was delicious......but the staff was so less that there was no one to even serve water......the staff was exploited and one waiter was acting as a bartender also......I was highly disappointed as this was not the standard expected from Moti Mahal....

This subj-e-bahar soup that I ordered isn't like they served me the previous time I went to the restaurant. It's more chilly less salt and I wonder what uncooked herb skin keeps popping in my mouth . Probably because of the extra black pepper I can't really get a taste of the soup.

Ordering food from Moti Mahal delux, through zomato turned out to be a nightmare, the food was nowhere close to the quality they serve in there restaurant. The food came in boxes which didn't even have moti mahals name written,no bill was given. I am not sure if zomato actually got the food from moti Mahal or gave us something from any hopeless restaurant in town and charged according to moti Mahal menu. We all got food poisoning after eating this food.
