Like most of Pizza huts in India, this one is also similar. Since it is close to the bus stand, it is easy to walk into and order something until the bus arrives. They keep innovating their menu and this time I really liked the drinks. Plus they switched to paper straw which is amazing. Thank you.

Situated near dharamshala bus stand, this outlet serves perfect pizzas and pastas. Staff was very polite, helpful and always had a smile on their face while dealing with customers.

Pizza was too tasty...and very much soft... Really happy with the zomato food delivery timings and service. Food was delivered in 15:00 minutes...

Pizza was fine, order taker not attentive, taken wrong order though they changed Pizza, restaurant was hot. Staff need to be trained a friendly smile can win you many people.

Came to the pizza hut with a gift card which we asked to redeem before even placing the order. The staff taking care of our order, 1. Took the wrong order and did not even repeat the order before placing it. 2. Did not redeem the gift card without our notice. When we asked him about it, he gave us a very graceful, "agli baar laga lena". Extremely unprofessional.

Their level of service is severely lacking ethics and questionable to say the least and did not expect this sort of service coming from an international franchise . I place an order , wait 30 minutes and they very conveniently decide to cancel my delivery . Dealing with them is a hassle and I don’t advice anyone to go through such a harrowing experience.

Their service is worst. Ordered 3 times. Declined. Previous experience was even worse when order was accpeted and then call received saying "you will have to pick up half way". Will not recommend at all. Besides, it is very costly. Go for some economical alternative. 0 star, if option was there.

Pizza Hut always disappointment no great taste like Domino's have I always say please train ur staff property but no one hear properly if someone is their to hear me like (supervisor or manager) please do care ur staff don't work like slaves,pls do care of ur regular or non regular customers.
