A Perfect Dining Experience I recently visited The Edge, the multi-cuisine restaurant at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala, for a family get-together, and it was truly a delightful experience. The restaurant offers an exquisite selection of Asian, Italian, and Indian cuisines. We indulged in a variety of dishes, including Peshawari Paneer Tikka, Pizza Delacasa, Broccoli and Chive Dimsums, Kangri Kukkad, Khatta Meat, along with a selection of fresh salads and decadent desserts. Every dish was beautifully presented, well-balanced in flavors, and absolutely delicious. Beyond the food, the location is breathtaking. The restaurant is set against the backdrop of the Dhauladhar mountains, offering a mesmerizing view of Dharamshala, Kangra Valley, and McLeodganj. The infinity pool adds to the charm, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed and scenic dining experience. The service was impeccable—attentive, warm, and professional. The team ensured that every detail was taken care of, enhancing the overall experience. If you're in Dharamshala and looking for a place that combines great food, excellent service, and stunning views, The Edge is a must-visit. We had an amazing dining experience at The Edge Restaurant in Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala. The food was absolutely delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors and fresh ingredients. I visited in Radisson Blu Resort Dharamsala last week nice view nice place nice food nice staff .food I order veg Thai curry with Jasmine rice it is mouth watering delicious and service staff is very polite and professional .Higly recommend to others.

I visited radisson blu dharamshala,at the edge restaurant!! The ambience was wonderful specially like the local cuisine . The view of the hotel is amazing!! The staff of the restaurant is nice!! looking forward to visit once again!!

Radisson Blu is one of best fine dining restaurant in Dharamshala and food was very delicious and found the staff very humble. I will come here again and recommend to visit Edge restaurant Dharamshala.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at the radisson blu resort Dharmshala specially the Italian restaurant . The Thin crust pizza was fabulous....staff was amazing ambience was outstanding .
