In Zomato we have ordered 2 idli 2 dosa 2 pongal but sambar was given to 2 idli only so bad service we were in hospital at that time we were unable to go and get extra sam ar packets if we call hotel they said come and collect the sambar packets as we were not able to come then only we are using zomato they are not thinking about us to bad experience That too we are regular customer of them now onwards i won't recommed any body to order food and eat its better to close online order for this hotel serving like this

Nanga order panunathu mushroom noodles , mushroom dhosa ... Highlights ena apdina order eduthathum apditha eduthrukanga.. But vanthathu onion dhosa & mushroom fried rice..very worst management follow up. Ena order kuduthamo athu ila apdina ilanu sliralam...atha vitutu wrong ah irukarathu vachu anupa kodathu

I had a very bad experience at your hotel. The food I received was spoiled. I tried to inform the management about this issue, but there was no response from your team. This is completely unacceptable. I expect immediate action and a proper response regarding this matter.

The order has been totally changed totally unhappy with the order got very bad experience in the very firt order i request zomato to take action regarding this

Ordered mushroom chilli but got cauliflower chilli.worst.fried rice portion is avearge.parotta Costs 25 and it not worth to tat price

Ordered idly along with dosa and parotta, but idly didn't get delivered .... Ensure to deliver all ordered items
