Had a great breakfast experience at Hyatt Place. The spread was excellent with plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. A special mention to Bhairavi, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. She made sure everything was smooth and added a personal touch to the experience. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Excellent ambience and excellent customer friendly staff. Thank you all for making our visit a delightful one. Yes, the food was awesome and it's a great deal booking through Zomato. Wowed by the staff. What a work culture and visible team spirit! Excellent.

Had a great experience at Gallery Cafe 24/7 at Hyatt Place Pune with my family. The food was outstanding, and a special mention to Lucy for her amazing service—she really made our evening even better. Highly recommend this place👍

I went with papa sinha manni sinha. the chef Anup is Bengali so we got chef recommended murg lahori kabab.. They gave us angoori gulab jamun in the end on the house.

Had the breakfast buffet The spread is good , service is okay and quick. But the food quality could be improved .. - The bhature could have been better .. - Pancakes were amazing, but they were unable to provide sliced bananas. Not a big deal, we peeled them and cut it ourselves. Tastes great with blueberry compote and whipped cream - The Idli’s and Ambolis were fantastic..sambar and chutney were both on point too. - Medu Wadas and Samosas were cold and hard. - coffee is decent , served from a machine. - poha and Upma excellent as usual.. - noodles were left unattended , hard and chewy. - Croissants were super average too Service could be improved , like serving parathas with pickles (curd was provided).. I went to the serving counter to self-serve some chutney and sambar, the staff wouldn’t move from the counter. Had to ask them to shift a bit so that I could self-serve.. Overall pretty good

We went for dinner with our business partners expecting good service and quality food. We chose à la carte over the buffet, but overall, the experience was disappointing. The ambience, crockery, and lighting were quite average and didn’t feel like the standard of Hyatt. Compared to Hilton, Conrad, or Marriott, Hyatt seemed very basic. If you’re planning a special occasion, I’d suggest skipping this place. But if you just want a casual meal, it’s fine. Prices were reasonable for the taste, but the garnishing and service from the butler were just average, like a regular restaurant. There is definitely a lot of scope for improvement.

It's noisy and cramped and the open kitchen leads to smoke and food smells permeating your clothes so badly that you need to change if going out for a meeting afterwards. Staff was polite and courteous. The spread is really nothing special.
