Been here so many times over the last couple of years. It's a very pocket friendly value for money restaurant. It's the only vegetarian restaurant in this area. The food is quite tasty and the place is hygienic. This is the only place that we go for breakfast and evening coffee and snack! Highly recommended...

Generally I don’t prefer restaurants in this area, as it feels like office canteen. I was in search of non-veg breakfast places but as none was available I chose Geeras instead. Even on a Saturday, the place felt like office canteen. We chose Mini Tiffin and Poori. Mini Tiffin with Idly, Mini Masala Dosai, Mini Vadai, Mini Kesari and Mini Coffee was worth for Rs. 70 but three pooris for Rs. 90 was too much. Taste wise there was nothing to complain but nothing extraordinary too. Given a choice I would not be choosing this restaurant but don’t regret choosing it. For a restaurant in the MGR road, this place has good parking space. Even a couple of cars can be parked, if moderated well. As it’s at a happening area, it’s difficult to get a spot immediately but service is super swift. That’s a brownie point.

Worst kesari i have ever eaten in life... just take sooji mix in hot water and some sugar, make a paste and giving it to customers... ordered a chole bhatura... chole was not even soaked properly and cooked.. it was hard... and the chola poori was not fluffy and was like a plate... only relief chill parotta was good and that was also too oily.... pffff

The place was not much crowded. Their dosa and vada was soggy as if made an hour ago though we were served in less than ten mins of ordering. I would not visit this place again

Today I ordered Gobi Manchuria Mushroom manchurian and Gobi 65. The first 2 dishes came looking like brown slime with a few veggies. We had to throw it. The Gobi 75 wasn’t anything to write home about and it was lesser of the 2 evils. Absolutely disappointed with the quality of food and packing. Will never order from here again. We ordered medu vada, sambar vada and ven pongal. Came in time, came with sambar and coconut chutney. The food was well packed and yummy. Vada was a little soggy but not oily at all. Idli sambar was awesome and came with a sprinkle of onion. The sambar and chutney is yet another story - super tasty and absolutely homemade to an extent where Amma asked if it was from our home or outside. Ven pongal was yummy - fed it to my toddler nephew. All in all, great value for money and yummy tasting, simple, vegetarian food. Will order again.

A person named Murugan had a very bad attitude towards us. We got a seat on the first floor and we did not get a Menu card instead he was just telling what all the things were available. We ordered Chilli Gobi Manchurian gravy and Mushroom Manchurian dry for sides. But , in Return they offered Aloo Gobi Masala gravy by mistake. We called Murugan and informed that we didn't order for Aloo Gobi but he was rude and told us that we only ordered for that and we are totally six people and all said that we didn't order for Aloo at all but he was not accepting and also didn't offer to Change the dish stating he cannot change and forcing us to eat what we didn't order. Perhaps the food tasted good but still the Attitude of the person cannot be accepted at all.

The Magic of Geeras Bill: When we sat on the ground floor, employees suggested us to move up to AC restaurant and said that price will go up by only 3Rs. Masala Dosa MRP on ground floor is Rs 55. In upstairs Menu it costs 59. But when the bill came it's 67. Reason? That it's the old Menu. Why wasn't it informed before ordering then? Mind you that in Swiggy that day it showed 59 itself. Please check your bill amount. This is absolutely wrong.
