Beautiful place to enjoy a sumptuous meal, breakfast or a quick snack with a cool or hot drink. Awesome ambience, quiet, serene environment. AC and Non AC seating areas. Ample seating for every kind of group. Our host Ashfaq and team were excellent in service. Always smiling and courteous. From the entrance to the restaurant each person we met was ready to guide and serve with a smile. Ample parking. Wheel chair friendly. We were a group of eight and each one thoroughly enjoyed the buffet lunch. Each dish was a delicacy. Great variety of dishes to choose from. Very happy to have spent an afternoon.

Food was amazing! Wonderful ambience, polite staff, prompt service and a huge variety of freshly prepared food. Had a wonderful time with family.

The food was average. Some of the dishes in the buffet was cold. Some were over and they didnt seem to refill it immediately. Ther service in the restaurant was very good which is why I have given 2 stars. But at the entrance it took them 25mins to get out car. When we complained about it some of the supervisors were extreamly rude or not bothered at all. One guy was on the phone at all times and didnt even look at us when we complained. The other guy started arguing with us instead of finding a way to help us. Their names were Akshay and Yogesh. Didnt expect this from such a brand.

I chose Hilton to celebrate my son's birthday because I trusted the standards associated with the brand. As a local resident, not a tourist, I specifically booked Sunday brunch through the District app and clearly mentioned that it was a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The hotel had no record of my reservation or special request when I called to inform them that I would be 10 minutes late. After waiting nearly 40 minutes for a promised callback, I had to follow up myself, only to be told that District bookings were not accepted for Sunday brunch. While the staff did arrange a birthday note and flowers, the rest of the experience fell far below five-star standards. The indoor seating area had inadequate air-conditioning, food quality was poor with soggy papads and underwhelming live counters, service was slow and inattentive, basic beverages were unavailable, and the dessert section had flies around it. We had one of the worst experience at Saipe last night. We went in for buffet and booked a table. On arrival we were told that they don't have a buffet for main course and we will need to order from a set menu. We ordered the food at 9.40 pm and the food arrived at around 11 pm . Even after asking again and again we were told that it's coming in 2 minutes everytime. Finally when the food did arrive there were wrong dishes in the food. They gave us dishes that we didn't order and forgot the ones thatbee did order . We got so fed up and we didn't even eat the food and asked for the bill. They gave us the bill after another 25 minutes!!!!! A decent restaurant wouldn't even have asked us to pay after such pathetic service, but they were completely unprofessional and the service level was pathetic.. shame on the staff and management for ruining the name of Hilton.
