Sangita was very gentle and polite and provided us complimentary biscuits and peanuts to side with tea and drinks. The food is great and the ambience is peaceful and calming. must try paneer cafreal in veg and ros omlette in non veg.

An amazing experience at Aangan! Fish Thalia is a must try , but what stole the show was an innovative dish created by Chef Zee.. which was not only visually appealing but also scrumptious!!!

I had visited this place today along with my wife and son. I had ordered a mushroom pepper fry costing ₹ 350/- along with other items. The mushroom item served did not have any pepper in it and also lots of turmeric powder was put, which made the item slightly yellow and bitter. This was highlighted to the waiter, who had assured to rectify the order and prepare the same fresh. When the item was served again for the second time, it was found that the same dish was served, which was returned by us earlier. This was again highlighted to the waiter, who in turn asked us to take some other item from the menu card in place of mushroom pepper fry. As I wanted to have mushroom pepper fry only, I had asked the waiter to take back the item and cancel the order. Thereinafter at the time of bill settlement, to my surprise, I found that the rate of ₹ 350/- was charged for the mushroom pepper fry which I did not have. When this was highlighted, the waiter again asked me to take some other item after consulting his manager sitting in the counter but enforced that the amount will be charged. I found this extremely casual and a callous approach while addressing my requirement. It shows that there is no professionalism demonstrated whatsoever in addressing the culinary needs of customers. It meant that due to the inefficiency of the cook who couldn't serve the committed dish, I had to force change my taste as per their whims and fancies! Such a callous approach may only be an outcome of a high headed attitude of the owner or staff running the restaurant due to success going into their heads. I do not expect any show of apology in response to my message. Though it will not make and difference to the owner or the staff, but definitely, I will never come back again due to this extremely disgraceful experience!!

This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. The food was absolutely inedible – cold, tasteless, and felt like it had been sitting around for hours. The service was shockingly rude, like they were doing us a favor by even acknowledging our presence. On top of that, the place was dirty and unhygienic, which made the whole experience even worse. Honestly, I regret wasting my time and money here. Never coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

One of the most useless places that we have been to in last forty years in Goa. The fish fillet was paper thin and minuscule size. The muscles were also just thumb size fried in a repeatedly used oil smelling like grease. Only sumptuous thing was the bill. Avoid at any cost.
