The experience was terrible. I would have given this place a clean chit if they just messed up sound systems. However after my whole experience, incompetent is the best thing I have to say about them. Their events have random hidden charges for drinks. For example, you can only pay for their drinks via a card they provide. Also, that card has an 'activation' charge of 100 Rs. When you pay by the card, service charge is always deducted whether you want it or not. You can only recharge in multiples of 50 - so if you've got 40 Rs left because that's how drinks are priced- too bad. All of this looks like genuine fleecing customers. Avoid this place.

We went there for a performance by Anuv Jain and purchased tickets from Insider. They said that the event would start at 8pm. Even at the booking counter they did not say anything but as soon as we paid the booking and additional cover charge, we come to know that he will come at 12am. Over priced drinks and food. no place to sit. Worst organisation of a program. There was no space to even breathe, such money minting attitude of the organisers and the restaurants. Worst place to go.

Please don't visit ever. Staff is rude, looked unprofessional for women. They took an entry fee ticket for Chai Met Toast concert and they didn't perform. On top of that, they didn't own their mistake and shouted at the audience instead. Absolutely disappointed. Waste of time, money and efforts. Please ignore going here

One of the worst place to visit in Goa. If their was an option to give negative stars I would have given that. Pathetic drinks and tasteless food and even worse hospitality. Never visit this place by mistake.
