Perfect place to enjoy sunset. Food, service, music and ambience all were great. Staff was very courteous and good crowd indeed. Had to wait sometime for table but it was totally worth it.

Our experience here was extremely disappointing and felt misleading from the start. We were charged a cover fee of ₹8000 for a couple at the entrance. Before paying, I clearly asked the front desk staff whether the cover was refundable/redeemable, and I was told yes. The desk was crowded and chaotic, but I made sure to confirm before proceeding. Once seated, the service was disorganized. Every few minutes the waiter returned to inform us that dishes we ordered were unavailable. This happened more than once, which reflects very poor coordination between the kitchen and service staff. When the food finally arrived, it was below average and absolutely not worth the pricing. Because of this, we didn’t order much more. The staff seemed confused throughout the evening, and the extremely loud music made basic conversation difficult. When we asked for the bill, we were informed that the remaining amount from the cover charge was not refundable. When we spoke to the front desk regarding the earlier confirmation, the staff member outright denied ever saying it was refundable. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation professionally. For a place that charges premium cover fees, one expects clarity in policy, organized service, and quality food — none of which we experienced. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money.

I called to check on the events and entry charges. The lady answering the phone was super rude. I asked what the difference between premium couple cover and normal entry and I was not given an explanation. She very rudely said ' You come if you want but I won't promise anything. You come here and if I can't give you a table you'll make a scene'. This was a very unprofessional way to answer calls. The tone and attitude was uncalled for.I understand you were at capacity hosting a wedding, all you had to say was that you don't have tables available. Extremely rude, extremely put off by the place before I even stepped in. Please train your staff on basic conversation etiquette.

Paid 3k for entry(cover) to a loud and a crowd where you would feel ashamed to be part of and paid 1k more on final bill. Wanted to just grab a quick bite so i ordered fish fingers, a mocktail and brownie with icecream. While the food was disgusting in taste, i ended up puking them all out the next day and so did my partner because both of us couldn’t digest it.

They don't charge as per menu rate given. Their rates are super high . Please be careful . It's a complete waste of money. I have given a google review as well . Food is also average . See the bill and rate .
