The Service was slow initially till the bill payment, even though the restaurant was not full. The chicken was dry and it had very less taste, the fish and prawns were good. The restaurant Ambience was not that clean, specially the BBQ stand.

The service is slow and most of the items that you see on the menu won't be available. Most of the guests were unhappy, Maybe not a staff issue they were trying their best though but nobody was having a good time truly.

Hair in my food. No regard to how it should be corrected. Been to this brand in Malaysia and Dubai and this is the worst experience

Visited Barbeque Nation recently and had a really bad experience. First, we had to wait a long time for refills. The paneer was sour, and only after complaining did they replace it. But the worst part was during billing — I paid the full amount through Zomato, and after that, the manager came and said they didn’t receive the payment. They forced me to pay again directly at the restaurant! We waited more than 2 hours, it was so embarrassing and frustrating. After multiple calls to both Zomato and Barbeque Nation, they finally confirmed the payment and allowed us to leave. The manager, Mr. Mrinal, was extremely rude and didn’t know how to talk to customers. Very poor service and totally unprofessional behavior. Never expected this kind of treatment from Barbeque Nation.

Barbeque Nation, Caculo Mall, Goa disappointed us big time with the subpar food quality and preparation. None of the starters or main course items were upto the mark. Desserts were still better, but were not being replenished promptly.

Veg is horrible, we did not have almost anything, not basic courtesy of not charging money for person who did not eat at all
