I have been to barbeque from childhood so I will give a genuine review they didn't give a damm about me since I am solo maybe no one asked if the food is good or not not even when billing the food is burnt over grilled I asked them to do it properly but still it's the same over grilled chicken they gave and about buffet I want you to improve better no proper bowls or stuff time to time don't complain about lot of customers sir you are ment to handle all the customers at a time but still barbeque is worth it it's just this particular nation I didn't feel satisfied about service

The service is slow and most of the items that you see on the menu won't be available. Most of the guests were unhappy, Maybe not a staff issue they were trying their best though but nobody was having a good time truly.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Barbeque Nation today. I visited with my friend for dinner at the 9:30 PM slot, and it turned out to be extremely disappointing. Firstly, the service was terrible. The staff was inattentive, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. We had to repeatedly call them for service, and even then, they responded with a very poor attitude. This is absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant of this reputation. Secondly, the food service was highly unsatisfactory. Items were not served properly, there were long delays, and we didn’t receive the variety that is usually expected from an “unlimited buffet.” It felt like we were being ignored rather than properly served. This is Barbeque Nation at Caculo Mall, Panjim, Goa — and such poor standards are shocking for a well-known chain. The overall experience was frustrating and not worth the money at all. When customers pay for a buffet, they expect proper service, good hospitality, and timely food delivery — none of which were met here. I strongly urge the management to look into staff behavior and improve service quality immediately. Experiences like this completely ruin customer trust. Highly disappointed. Definitely not recommended.

The options were limited, there was no full menu available till the time we reached restaurant. There were tiny stone particles in chicken starters seems like while doing Barbeque they sticked to chicken. There was too delay in service

most of the items never been refilled un lesss asked for. tandoor items were cold not fresh.
