Blue Corner is our precious second home in Benaulim. Before coming here, my North Goa-informed idea of beach shack food was that it’s great for sustenance, if not always taste. That myth stands crushed! I’ve had some of my most memorable meals, whether with visiting friends or on a regular weekend, here because the food is consistently spectacular (not just good), service is warm without compromising on quality or professionalism, and the consistency of experience is therefore priceless. You’d be surprised by how wonderfully their Mughlai offerings compare to the fresh local seafood and peninsular cuisine. That the bar is always stocked and they have an espresso machine certainly help! You’re lucky if you’re served by Shravan and his kind smile! Do visit when in Benaulim.

Ambience: One of the no-frills shacks on the Benaulim beach. And the only shack to be open early morning around 8. Had a mix of Indian and foreign tourists. Food: We ordered scrambled eggs and a veg sandwich. Scrambled eggs was just fine, could have been better if more egg white was used. Veg sandwich was nice to taste. One recommendation is that portion sizes should be better. Beverages: We ordered cappuccino and lemon tea. Cappuccino was good for a morning caffeine rush. Lemon tea was tetley tea bag dipped in hot water without any extra work from the chef. Service: The hosts were very welcoming and with a happy to serve attitude. Can improve on food presentation and quantity.

As Goa shack food goes, this one certainly does not rate very high for me. It's neat and clean, with a fabulous view of Benaulim beach, but the food let's it down a bit. The squid masala came rubbery and the masala too raw to be enjoyed, the prawn curry was a sad watered down version, and French fries instead of crispy were hard and far too brown. Have had far tastier food in the several beach shacks in Goa over the years.

Overall this place is way too much overpriced average cost of two mentioned is not possible with their current rate card. The menu I zomato and actual menu rates are different. Food and staff was okay.

Music can really help them be more lively..the menu can be better with increasing variety
