Everything was great. Good food good vibe. Until the payment came. They directly refused to accept the bill payment through zomato saying they are currently not engaged with zomato. Surprisingly the zomato is still today showing the walkin offers and prebook offers. How ever the zomato was quick enough to resolve the issue of paying us the 20% discounts which it promised on walk inns at this restaurant. Zomato should make their policy strict regarding the restaurants using their platform for advertising but refusing the payment through zomato.

Food was decent but the waiter was rude and asked personal questions. when we asked him to take our order he ignored us several times and also forgot half of our orders and then argued with us that we didn't order anything. won't visit again.

Overly hyped place. Came after seeing reels on Instagram but the staff gave horrible food. RAJAN WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND ILL MANNERED. Do not try their dry bombil at all, it was stale and horrible and not even chewable. When we returned it they didn’t cancel it but asked us to pay for it. The bhatkar thali which everyone come for is below average. Please do not come seeing the Instagram reels like we did. Attaching the bill so that you can see that this review is genuine. They even charged extra for onion and lemon, how petty. Go to other places like pentagon, DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There are many good places in Goa.

Even though the food was good, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place because of the staff’s behavior. About 15 minutes before closing, they turned off the AC while we were still eating, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. The hospitality was disappointing — one staff member even started sweeping the floor around us while we were dining. We had to request them just to switch on a fan because it became so congested. Good food alone isn’t enough; basic courtesy and customer experience matter just as much. The attitude and approach of the staff really need improvement.

We had heard about this place, especially the famous Bhatkar Thali. We had ordered this along with other thalis. We were utterly disappointed. The fish in every thali and the rawa fry fish starter was stale. The sol kadi was too sweet and the food didnt have taste at all. In short, it was a super overhyped place.
