I had an amazing time at Café Liliput! The ambiance is fantastic, with a laid-back, beachy vibe that perfectly complements the gorgeous surroundings. The food was absolutely delicious—our cocktails, like the Beach Bum and Liliput Picante, were perfectly crafted, and the starters and mains, especially the beer battered prawns and chicken steak sizzler, were out of this world. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Goa!

liliput is a must-visit place if you are in North Goa and want to enjoy the best sea view, best cocktails and amazing food. The view was just mesmerising. Cocktails had many options to choose from. In food, golden fried prawns and even calamari was excellent. loved their great portion size, so this will be my fix spot in anjuna for sure.

We visited the seaside lounge and were instantly struck by the great wind, crashing waves and overall serene vibe. Inside, the atmosphere is less tranquil – it can be crowded & the music sometimes blasts too loudly. The food received a mixed response: the pizza was tasty, the chicken was not good,and the rest of the menu fell short too. Cocktails were served with little alcohol, making them feel more like mocktails. Prices are high, yet the slow service and inconsistent experience make the cost hard to justify. Overall, the location offers a beautiful seaside setting and some enjoyable dishes, but the noise, crowds, weak drinks and slowness keep it from being a top recommendation.

Yesterday we visited Cafe Lilliput and had one of the worst and most unsafe experiences we have ever faced at a restaurant. At the entrance, a girl informed us that there was a mandatory cover charge of ₹1500. We requested to first see the place before paying, but she refused. Since we had already come there late at night, we paid the amount and entered. After being seated, we waited around 20–25 minutes just to place an order. When the waiter finally came, we specifically requested extra green chilli and lemon with the food. After another 30 minutes of waiting, the food arrived without green chilli. We called the waiter, who came after about 10 minutes, took the food back, and later casually informed us that green chillies were finished. Nobody had the courtesy to inform us during the long wait. When we asked them to take the order back, the waiter behaved extremely arrogantly. After another delay, he returned with green chillies added to the same food. We had also ordered a beer pitcher and a pizza. The staff placed the pitcher on the table without even serving it into glasses. When we started pouring the beer ourselves, the bottom lid of the pitcher suddenly opened and the entire beer spilled over our clothes and into the food. We immediately requested a replacement for the food and beer pitcher. Shockingly, the waiter told us that even though it was not our fault, we would still have to pay the bill. A man claiming to be the owner admitted it was not the customer’s fault, but still insisted that we must pay because “it was not their fault either.” We then requested a refund of the ₹1500 cover charge since we could neither enjoy the food nor the experience. They bluntly refused and demanded an additional ₹460 on top of the cover charges already paid. They repeatedly stated that even if the customer had not eaten anything and the mistake was not the customer’s, nobody could leave without paying the full bill. We were effectively forced to pay the additional amount. During this entire incident, we recorded videos of the staff for our safety. After noticing this, we were threatened with statements like: “Niklo yahan se, tumne video banaya hai na, ab dekho tumhare saath kya hota hai.” It was nearly 2 AM, and the entire atmosphere became extremely uncomfortable and unsafe as multiple staff members started surrounding and pressuring us. We repeatedly asked for the owner’s contact details but were told that the owner was in Thailand and that nobody had his number. We eventually had to call the police because we genuinely felt unsafe. Even after the police arrived, the staff refused to acknowledge their mistakes. I have complete proof of this incident, including: * Cover charge payment proof * Final bill payment proof * Video recordings of the incident and staff behaviour This place may have many positive reviews, but if something goes wrong, this is apparently how customers are treated. No customer deserves to feel threatened, harassed, or forced into paying for a ruined experience. I strongly urge people to think twice before visiting this place.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! We were a group of 16 of us, approached the lady at the entrance to help us with a table closer to the beach, firstly she LIED saying that they don’t have any available seating. Since we were travelling with a friend who is expecting, 1 of us wanted to go in and check. They denied saying that they don’t allow anyone to check like that A man appears out of nowhere and informed us that they have the beach table. We agreed to pay the cover charge of 1500 and enter. It was EXTREMELY LOUD, unbearable, the crowd of men looked absolutely unsafe, 50 year old me looking at my women friends and us nastily. We had ordered an LIIT pitcher which came to our table half an hour later, absolute shit taste. Took us another 15 minutes to get our glasses. There was literally a point where we ourselves had to go bring glasses. The next round of cocktails and food took another half an hour. Everything tasted horrible. The servers are as clueless as the manager. AVOID GOING HERE!

it's not the same any more giving cover charge sis not worth it for sure. the food is gone down
