This was the first place we went to have food after landing in Goa and boy!! It didn't disappoint at all. Let me say this before giving my detailed review.....I'll visit this place a thousand times!! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a warm smile and seated right away! It was Monday morning, so apart from a few tourists, the place was empty. The decor is so cozy and inviting with paintings and witty sayings hung on the walls. The place is not that big but with the strategically placed seats, it doesn't seem small at all. They do have an upper floor but that's only for the weekend, I was told. Coming to the food, we ordered the famous Ross omelette along with other breakfast dishes like bacon omelette, pork chorizo. The food was absolutely fantastic. This was my first experience with Goan food and wowwww, it was absolutely fantastic. The Ross omelette was so delicious and filling. Another great aspect of this bistro is that the amount of food is crazy good!! You'll be completely full with just one dish, so do share with your friends if you wish to try different varieties of dishes 😀 It's absolutely at the top in the value for money category!! They serve one of the best coffees. They proudly display it and rightfully so, the coffee I had after their suggestion was brilliant! I can't wait to visit this place during my next trip to Goa!! They even sell fridge magnets, candles and a few other cute knick knacks!!

Staff and owner - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast buffet - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fresh fruits in a bowl, Cornflakes and milk, 3 pancakes with honey, 2 hash browns, mushrooms, Poi, Tomato and lettuce salad Vietnamese iced coffee - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Affogato - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unique coffee with only vanilla ice cream scoops and served beautifully with roasted coffee beans on top Iced coffee with coconut milk - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When we didn't taste the coconut milk flavours, the owner of the cafe was polite enough to bring us a jar to pour it ourselves as per our tastes Paneer Bhurji Sandwich - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pesto Sandwich- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

very cute Continental Cafe , awesome choice of coffees, hot and cold. The cold coffee was my favourite. The Nutella cheese cake too was very nice too. The staff are very warm and friendly , i come whenever I am in Goa, a must try...

Very nice cafe with a variety of items for vegetarians including pizzas , sandwiches, pastas and desserts especially the Biscoff cheesecake and serradura, warm and friendly staff making the place feel even better.

one of the best meals I've had in goa. the staff was very sweet and polite and the food was absolutely amazing. their coffee variety is also great, and would love to visit again.

never seen so much restriction at a place - no alcohol, no laptop, no pets, no drink only order, large table only with 6 and more people, etc. Food was fine. Coffee was good.

I recently visited Caravela Café, Panaji (Goa) and, as a vegetarian, had a deeply disappointing experience. I was served a veg dish (veg croissant) that had non-veg pieces mixed in it. When I pointed this out to the staff and managers, they did not take it seriously and even remarked that “if you were that serious, you should have gone to a pure veg restaurant.” Their attitude was dismissive and rude. Later, upon checking their kitchen and storage area, we discovered that **veg and non-veg items were kept on the same shelf**, showing very poor hygiene and handling practices. The matter escalated to the point due to their rudeness where we had to call the police. The owner, who arrived later, was calm and understanding and then handled the matter, but overall it was a very distressing experience that no vegetarian customer should go through. Sharing this so that others are aware, and I truly hope the café takes corrective action to ensure proper segregation and sensitivity toward vegetarian customers in the future.

Super rude staff who don’t know what hospitality means. Instagram hype will only get you this far, if you are rude to people you won’t last long. Do better.
