I might be lack of words to express the feel we get whenever we visit CAVALA at baga! The classy and the serene atmosphere, the quality crowd , yummy food, staffs polite service! All I can say that the place is must visit once whenever you are in goa! One night We happened to meet Karishma Kapoor dining and dancing out here at cavala. Must visit

The music and food. Can never go wrong with Cavala. EVER! Some fantastic memories of our college reunion there. Always on our itinerary!

Visited the cafe for breakfast to realise that the menu is set. You only get to choose between veg (with/without egg) and non-veg. However, the ambience is good and the cheese toast (veg without egg) we got was fresh, hot and tasty! The price is a little on the higher side though

Happening place. Mature yet hip crowd. Live music. Good food. But was let down that they didn't play proper rock music. It was mainly pop.

- Bad service by an old man who literally scolded me when I wanted to change an order (within 30 seconds of placing the order). He also kept lurking on top of us, which felt like an invasion of privacy. - menu has reduced to only 2 main course dishes, and limited appetizers. This is not informed while booking, and on Zomato/ google this hasn’t been updated. We asked the lady who seemed to be the manager, and she said the reason for this was because they wanted people to “focus on music”. This didn’t make sense.. and it’s not like the music was extraordinary. - music is okay but you can get that in a lot of places. I believe this place used to be really good but has lost its charm.

Cavala has been a favourite for years but last few times has been all down hill. So much so that I have cut it off my list of places to go to. Last Visit was 15th Oct. Spent more time trying to buy the drinks then enjoy the evening. 1 helpless bartender trying his best to do all he could with 35-40 people trying to get his attention. Absolutely pathetic service. The Manager was so arrogant in his attitude and behaviour that it seemed he had no idea that he was in service industry!! Not going there again!! There are Better places deserving my business.

Most rude restaurant manager Shabana That I have ever seen in my life We were group of 45 friends for a golden jubilee celebration. And we paid Rs 2100 per person yes 2100 per person No soft drinks etc were covered Veg food was Rice Poi Mixed veg Plus a set of insipid starters We could have had MUCH BETTER FOOD and superior service ( this restaurants manager and owner have zero concept of customer experience) Please NEVER GO TO CAVALA Even though the live band is good Am never returning here even though I live in Goa

Chose this restaurant to bring in my Birthday. And I regret it completely. The entire staff was busy taking care of some private party. Ordered 4 starters of which only the potato wedges were edible. The chicken and beef preparation didn't have any taste with the essential salt also missing. Even after multiple complains and requesting to meet the Manager/Chef, no one came to address the situation. Decided not to continue with the dinner and had to move to the other tried and tested restaurant in the same vicinity.

By far the most disappointing experience! Just visited the restaurant for dinner, where we were charged 720/- for 2 pegs of local feni, a complete rip off. Heavily misleading as the menu listed it at 180/-, their response was that’s the price of 30ml only. The menu doesn't list the measure at all. The food was average, small portions & very highly priced!! Will never visit for sure. A very big warning if you are considering patronising this establishment.

The place is alright by itself but I particularly didn't like the guy at the entrance named Nilesh; was quite rude and stopped my friend from entering at first. The place smells of snobbery and bear in mind, if you wanna visit here; be prepared to burn a hole in your pocket ‘cause one 30 ml drink costs about 800+ Rs. I definitely won't pay a second visit here just ‘cause of how rude Nilesh was at the entrance. Cheers!
