Awesome property.👌🏻 This hotel is situated in the banks of the back waters. The view from the rooms are very soothing.😌Very friendly staff. The food was good and the stay was pretty comfortable.🤗They have maintained a centuries old church inside their property which is commendable.👏🏻 Best thing I like about Hyatt is breakfast buffet, what a huge variety of food along with great and quick services.🤤🍴 Location wise is also very convenient as it's in near proximity to other great beaches and tourist attractions.🌊Must visit resort in Goa!❤️

Food was tasty, drinks were okay. Live dance performances added to the ambience . The crowd was good. Altogether it was nice experience along with value for money.

I went to the casino to gamble and mostly to eat the unlimted food and specifically for the starters . But turns out the staff there just does not care. So the unlimited starters and drinks are served at the playing table. You will have to beg or be aggressive to get your starters and drinks . after asking for literally 10 times and getting up from my playing table to looking for servers , I got a small plate of starters. We also had a vegetarian friend along and what she got was dhokla and some very sad veg cutlets. Dhokla as starters ??? Really ? That too in a high end five star place where you expect at least the regular starters. The non very starters were no good either. Then came the turn to ask for drinks and since I am a teetotaler, I asked for mocktails to which he said you will get only the two flavors of the day .....which is something I had already checked with them before buying the casino pass and they had assured that there will be good variety for teetotalers as well. After a lot of argument and getting angry, a manager named Joyce helped me out and told the servers to get food and drinks as I wished. Phew !!! Very bad experience, the staff is highly arrogant except for Joyce ! The dinner buffet (at the restaurant adjacent to the casino ) was splendid: Sphagetti , Garlic bread , hummus dip, fried garlic, chicken gravy, steamed rice, dal makhani , varieties of salads and other dips , tandoori mayo dip etc, chocolate pastry (dark and rich ) , tiramisu , rajbhog, moon dal halwa, different flavors of ice cream and etc etc ....the spread was lavish ! Samson, the bartender makes amazing mocktails! Try the spicy guava drink ! The casino is good, staff attitude is crap, food is good ! Will go once again gor the casino and for the food!

Don’t go for the brand. service is extremely bad. waiting time for drunks & food at casino hall was too long long. On top of this the attitude of staff is very rude. Food was also not that great. Despite complaining to the manager, no proper action was taken. Never expected this from Hyatt.Poor service compared to brand

Worst experience out here.The attendents attitude is the first thing that needs to be improved. with rude behaviour towards your customer you will lose out the market. Food was ok ok. Wont recomment this casino
