The food is decent, but almost everything else about the experience was frankly embarrassing for a restaurant of this stature. What’s even more amusing is that The dress code was particularly laughable, sleeveless shirts and Crocs were apparently enough to deny entry, while the same “standards” clearly weren’t being enforced if you pay 15K for a table booking. Then came the food. Over an hour of waiting for something as basic as fries, which should hardly take 10 minutes. The waiters and so-called security were equally arrogant, dismissive and completely uninterested in basic hospitality. And after all that, we were asked to sit outside on high chairs, with zero effort to make the experience comfortable or even acknowledge the inconvenience. The most ironic part? We had made a reservation two hours in advance over a phone call with their so called GM. Poor service, selective rules, arrogance and complete disregard for guests. For a restaurant operating at this level, this is just disappointing, and it’s genuinely embarrassing.
