Yesterday we did booking for Copa Cabana at Cavelossim South Goa, which is associated with Radisson Blu, the booking was done in presence of the Copa cabana staff from Zomato Dining where we were getting 50% discounts on this restaurant. We got booking confirmation, we were very exited to visit this place for fun night but to our surprise Copa Cabana team called us and said we cannot accommodate you in the pub as we have rented out this place to larger group, my booking was at 8.30pm and they are informing just sometime prior to our booking time and asking us we can adjust you at coffeeshop and you can use this reservation benefits there, to the biggest surprise they are still accepting fresh bookings for customer on Zomato gold. I have travelled almost down almost 45km from North Goa and faced this cancellation problem, this is very bad experience and I will strongly urge Zomato team to black list this restaurant and also their behaviour towards customer is very rude and unprofessional, I will also urge other Zomato Gold members pls boycott this restaurant they can ditch anytime in last minute
