Fat fish has degraded significantly in service level. Non attentive and rude staff, long wait times, most items on menu not available, still what ever they give food quality is maintained. If you wish to eat here, try toreach by 12.30 PM.

Extremely disappointing experience at Fat Fish, Goa. We visited with friends and were prepared to wait because the restaurant was busy. We waited for more than an hour before finally getting a table. However, the problems continued even after being seated. It took around 15 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order, and then we waited another 1.5 hours for the food to arrive. During this time, we had to repeatedly ask the staff when our food would be served, with no clear response or proper communication. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and completely tasteless, which made the long wait even more frustrating. What was even more disappointing was that we noticed several tables were actually available, but they were not being cleaned or prepared for guests in a timely manner. It felt like the staff were simply taking their own time while customers were waiting outside. Overall, the service was extremely poor, the food was disappointing, and the entire experience was frustrating. Pathetic service and definitely not worth the time or money. I would not visit Fat Fish again, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone else.

Our experience at Fat Fish, Goa, was honestly not worth the hype. We went there with friends, knowing the restaurant might be crowded, and were willing to wait. However, the service was far worse than expected. After waiting for more than an hour outside, we finally got a table. Nobody came to take our order for approximately 15 minutes, and once we ordered, it took another hour and a half for the food to be served. Throughout the wait, we had to repeatedly follow up with the staff, but nobody seemed to give us a clear answer. What surprised us most was seeing empty tables that were still not being cleaned or made ready for other customers. When the food eventually arrived, it was cold and had very little flavour. The long wait, poor communication, and disappointing food completely ruined our dining experience. Being busy is no excuse for such poor customer service. Fat Fish seriously needs to work on its staff coordination and overall hospitality. Unfortunately, this visit left us with a very negative impression, and we would think twice before returning.

absolutely horrible horrible horrible staff and service. so bloody rude they literally snap at you and shout at you what the hell? we waited for 1.5 hours and they were being so inconsiderate and the waiter we had kept making comments about us this is the worst worst place to go to. CHOOSE ANYTHING BUT THIS THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS DOWN.

They don’t accommodate other guest when they have groups. The behaviour of the floor supervisor was rude. For a Goan fish thali we waited for 30mins. No gpay or upi was being accepted. Supposedly they are famous for their Goan thali

Tbh v went there twice and they do not accept gpay and upi and they literally said if u have card or cash then only we accept orders...they have cRd machines which are capable of taking upi or bank transactions.
