Had a lovely dining experience at Flame, the all-day dining restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa. The ambience is elegant yet relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy a leisurely meal. We loved the variety on the menu, with everything from Goan specialties to Indian and international dishes, and every dish we tried was fresh and full of flavour. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. If you’re staying at the hotel or are nearby, Flame is definitely worth a visit for a delicious meal in a beautiful setting.

Flame at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Arpora offers a wonderful multi-cuisine dining experience with something for every palate. The food is fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, making every meal enjoyable. The warm hospitality and attentive service make you feel truly welcome. A lovely restaurant to enjoy a relaxed breakfast, lunch, or dinner in a beautiful setting.

Was staying at doubletree by Hilton, so had buffet breakfast at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. It was not upto the mark of Hilton standards. Options were very limited and only basic items were available. When I asked for some sausages they just got one sausage cut into two pieces. Yogurt was empty and when asked for refilling they took off the vessel saying they'll get it and never came back. Food: 3/5 Ambience: 4/5 Service: 3/5

We went there thinking it is a 5 star as listed so and it was a very mixed experience. Strictly speaking about the food, plating and service, far behind what it should be. But the manager was eager to take the feedback to work on it. I believe everyone deserves a second chance but the prices for the service doesn’t go well as is at the moment. When they match the standards of 5 star, it would definitely be worth the while

We visiting the place after we checked in around 9pm. Some items were stale by then. Not sure how it will be if you go early.

They don't have any starter in the buffet it's weird. Limited options in buffet, then need lot of improvement in test.

Worst experience, Flame is a restaurant where there will be no one except you, worst food, worst service, not at all good experience, I literally felt that i just wasted my money, poor quality food, no good options, will never visit again

Very slow room services..rude reception staff..non satisfactory stay in hotel like Hilton..
