The last i visited Florentine was in 2019 right before the pandemic and I had fallen in love with place, vibe, food and the whole experience. So this time my expectations were high, I did see the same old friendly faces in the staff but there has been change on so many levels. While change is understandable, this time it lacked both in terms of the food & overall experience. We ordered in the classic chicken cafreal which can rather dry and since we were 4 each recieved a tiny gravy bowl with it. Lacked in terms of flavour and hence mainly the 4/5 The bombil fry was top notch just like the calamari fry. The cocktails were pretty decent too. The quantity of seradura and taste of the creme caramel were rather disappointing though.

One of the finest Goan restaurants! The Goan food is absolutely delicious, Hygienec and worth much more than what they charge for it. The service is a fine example of local hospitality. They treat you as if you were a guest in their home. P.s. they have recently introduced Palak Paneer (the place is primarily frequented by locals so I’m glad they are widening their offering), Incase you’re a traveler and order palak paneer please leave your address below so I can come and smack your head. Peace.

We visited this cozy restaurant for a quick lunch while on the way to exploring new places. I heard a lot about their authentic Chicken Cafreal dish. So we ordered it along with a cocktail. We also ordered chicken manchow soup. It was really a satisfying meal of the day. The staff was helpful & the price we paid was minimal. If this place would have been nearby to our hotel, we would have had all our meals here only. A must visit!

Fantastic food! Authentic goan cuisine! Florentine is set in the simplest way possible. The rava fried calamari and golden fried prawns were just amazing!! The Goan Prawn curry and Pomfret Caldin were scrumptious and to die for..!! This place is a definite must try!!

Amazing food at best prices. This restaurant is famous for chicken cafreal. It also serves other Goan delicacies which are absolutely delicious. Must visit place to get a glimpse of pure goan spread.

Have been to Florentine too many times in the past and it has always been so welcoming! Loved the food there, whatever you try everything is amazing! Way to go and please stay the same! ❤️

Very good food but only the Ac is not so great in the ac room. Otherwise no complaints. Great food

we visit this place since 2007 but now this place doesn't serve food like before... food quality has gone down... cafreal was not good at all. squid rechado was just boiled squid mixed with tomato sauce and vinegar. very disappointed.. ruined our apetite and evening.

took 15 min to tell me what I ordered wasn't available and when I ordered something else, it didn't turn up for 45 min so I left the place hungry. pathetic service for the first time in all the years I have gone to this place.
