Food in clay is a newly opened one of a kind Place in Ponda serving tasty authentic Goan veg and non-veg Thali’s in these beautiful clay sets. The overall thali is beautifully presented and tastes just like home cooked food as this place is run by Ankita and her mother. They even have fresh fish to serve in different types of preparation. They have quite a range of non-veg Thali’s to serve like chicken Thali, their signature food in clay Thali and Thali’s according to the availability of the fish. Each Thali comes with at least variety of 10 types of items in it.

The place has amazing food with good ambience and concept. The food is served in clay utensils. We tried Chanuk Thali, Prawns Thali and Bangda Thali. The fish was tasty and fresh. The quantity is also very good and there is a wide variety of accompaniments ehich compliment the fish. The thali includes veg accompaniment and dessert. Overall a great place to go with family and have fish😊
