***** Eye-pleasing Bakery with sinful desserts and great hospitality! *****I've been to the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa twice in less than two years and this new addition to the property is absolutely worthy. The bakery is nicely set up and has ample space to sit and devour a great dessert or read a book with great coffee. I tried Tiramisu and Hazelnut Cronut. Both were amazingly good, but the Hazelnut Cronut was an absolute winner. Mamta (who recommended the dish) was warm, cheerful and helpful as always. If you happen to try one of their desserts, do ask Mamta for a recommendation. She surely knows what she's serving there. :) Looking forward to try new things at the GBC the next time I visit. RECOMMENDED!

This new addition to Goa Marriott Resort & Spa has some appealing desserts that please your taste buds as well. A cozy little bakery with pastries, donuts, cakes, cookies and other baked goods. We had the Raspberry dome and Chocolate truffle, which were nicely made and amazingly presented. Definitely going back for more.

This place, W-O-W. Visited for the first time. Tried their Focaccia. And damn, it was so fluffy. Really soft and melt in the mouth bread. And The Black forest Jar. So moussey and so chocolaty. And the Tiramisu, so Creamy. Loved it. Ambience - Amazing. Food - Amazing. Would definitely visit the place again.

Good place with variety of pastries, cakes & many more things, good staff & Mamta was really amazing at GBC (Goa Baking Company) I love this place..♥️

Awesome place, we ate sandwiches, pastries & drank juices really it was good & Mamta spoke very well with us by suggesting the things. Thank you

Ordered a cake which was not fresh at all. For 2.5k, this cake's taste was waaay below average and not worth the price. Very unexpected from Marriott. Very disappointed
