First of all they gave us the another menu with upgraded prices and that price were too high and even they charged service tax from us

We had a lovely time until three different waiting staff and a management person ruined it for us. By quoting us different prices for different things, more than what the menu states, and telling beach chairs are chargeable when they weren’t.

poor experience,The hotel staff was not serving food, they would just keep the food on the table, we had to serve food by overself ...and the price menu was different, the food was more expensive there

The service was so bad. The waiters don't know how to behave. The vibe was completely dead and I don't blame the DJ, he was doing a good job but with a service like that who want to come here.

menu prices increased as per zomato menu. they refused to give us discount and also the taste is not good. they charg us cover charge cause of weekend. very disappointed

They charge service tax which is not allowed. Zomato gold booking amount is adjusted with convience fees
