Well first of all their services will not categories as 4 star hotel. I think I will give them 2 and half star. We booked this hotel because of its ratings. We booked stay, breakfast, lunch/dinner. Let me tell you my experience: Their swimming pool was not working they said it is under maintenance I have to wait a lot for checkin. Kitchen service was extremely slow. You have to call room service several time to get one thing. They give their hotel for wedding/conference etc due to which their employees were occupied with lot of things. We didn’t even provided proper lunch for which we have already paid. Their timing of lunch is till 3 PM if you even reach by 2:55 pm they again made excused to not to provide proper lunch. In general also , Whatever was promised to provide in entire lunch/dinner, you will not get entire things. They will keep on making excuses for their delay services. The biggest DRAWBACK: This hotel is situated in vasco and there is nothing to explore nearby. If you roam around u will find you are in village bt not in GOA. You have to ride atleast 40-50 km to find one such good place to explore. Otherwise there are local beaches near to hotel (around 15-20 km) which are extremely dirty and it feels like village area. I recommend to think twice before booking over. It is not at all good
