In Goa for a mini food yatra. Starting off with lunch at Goa's celebrated chef Avinash Martins' new restaurant, an absolute haven for food enthusiasts. I ordered the Nest in the Forest, a divine crab with Akuri, Laal Maas Loco served with roomali, and the Prawns Bloody Mary, an exquisite prawn tempura served with their version of prawn cocktail, and finally the Gill T Cutlets, their local fish served like a tiki, elevating my dining experience. Off to a phenomenal start with all four dishes a true masterpiece. The service was exceptional and the ambiance breathtaking. The stunning view of the cricket ground was an added bonus, as it's located on the third floor. I wish I could relive this incredible experience, but exploring new culinary delights is what makes life exciting. This restaurant surpasses his flagship restaurant in every aspect. Amazing view over looking the cricket ground and mandovi river. Tanishq the mixologist did a fine job to recreate a lot of drinks that weren’t on the menu but customised to our palate. Food was amazing. Nest in the woods Burnt and charred Hopper beef Naga saga Janot negroni Black Forest cocktail
