The food was really good, Sonal made sure that our dining experience is top notch. he took care of every need, from ice cream for our crying baby to getting the dessert with happy birthday written on it(since it was our daughter's birthday). I liked the overall experience and enjoyed the dinner.

Food spread was huge with lots of varieties to choose from and was scrumptious. The staff was very courteous and polite. Ambiance was nice. Highly recommended to the ones wanting to enjoy their Sunday with families. Will be visiting again.

This was our fifth visit to JW and based on our previous four experiences, we have always had a very pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, this time, we felt that the overall quality and service were not quite up to the standard we had come to expect. The food was decent and definitely tasty, but the service was very slow. The variety of desserts, especially those served in glasses, was limited, and some of the items we requested from the staff were not provided. There was also very little variety in the bread selection. We would sincerely request the management to look into these areas, particularly the speed of service, dessert options, and variety of breads. As returning customers, we have enjoyed our previous visits and would love to see the same quality and standards maintained. We hope you will take this feedback positively and use it as an opportunity to improve. We appreciate the positive changes so far and hope to see further improvements to make the dining experience

The grilled chicken was dry and stale seeming. Very small portions and when asked abt the preparation, I was mislead saying it would be chicken breast when it was smaller bone in pieces with SKIN and hardly any meat. Very very disappointed. For a lux hotel the food was horrible and not worth the time
