The food is perfect, I mean I cant write enough good things about how exceptional the food is, truly one of the best North Indian food in Goa but unfortunately the staff, they are so bad, so rude. They spoil the whole experience. Now the problem is, I love the food, I want to go eat it but I cant do that at the expense of being treated badly by their staff. One of the seniors waiter kept facing me because I was confused about deciding which gravy to take, he made a very mean face and kept giving me very bad looks. He was not interested to even explain to me which gravy had which base and was just passive aggressive about me not deciding immediately. The manager is no price, he is extremely rude, acts like he is doing a favour on this Earth by existing and that it's my problem that I came to the restaurant. He treated us with nothing but utter disrespect. They made it seem like they were giving the food for free and doing such a huge favour to us by serving the food. Kudos to the amazing amazing chefs but I can only visit the restaurant when the F&B staff changes because they are the most cruel ever.

The pav bhaji was deplorable. The pavs were as hard as concrete and the bhaji was just glorified tomato soup

The noodles had too much oil. The khichdi was full if raw garlic, the entire experience was unsatisfactory. The tadka should be proper and not so much garlic that each spoon of khichdi was having three four pieces of raw garlic. Also, we told them to give plain khichdi before adding the tadka, in that also too many garlic pieces were there.

The chilli mili sabzi was filled with garam masala. It is one of the worst Kailash Parbat outlets we've been to, in terms of food. The nachos were horrible. Please entirely avoid this branch.

I have ordered two things dahi bhalla but there was no curd in that n palak paneer which was so spicy no taste oy spice ...v v sad o paid 800 rs for the food horrible experience
