Kanvas Restaurant near Palolem Beach is a true gem, offering a dining experience that's as unique as it is inviting. Nestled on the Palolem main road, this charming eatery boasts a warm and homely ambiance that instantly puts you in relaxation mode. The cozy atmosphere combined with captivating wall art makes it the ideal spot for a leisurely meal or a casual workday. The culinary journey at Kanvas is a global affair, featuring a diverse array of dishes from around the world. Whether you're craving the rich flavors of Indian cuisine, the hearty satisfaction of American burgers, the zest of Mediterranean fare, or the delightful noodles of Thai cuisine, they've got it all. What sets Kanvas apart is their commitment to using the freshest ingredients, sourced daily by their talented chefs. The result? A menu that's a true culinary world tour right at your table. One of the standout features of Kanvas is their dedication to the modern nomad. The space is thoughtfully designed to encourage focus and creativity, making it an excellent choice for digital nomads and anyone who thrives in a relaxed working environment. As for the food, I opted for the Avocado Smoothie and the Red Thai Curry. The smoothie was creamy and refreshing, a perfect choice for those seeking a healthy option. The Red Thai Curry, bursting with flavors, didn't disappoint either. It was evident that the ingredients were fresh, and the kitchen staff knew their craft. Cleanliness and efficient service are key to any dining experience, and Kanvas delivers on both fronts. I also appreciated the availability of vegan and vegetarian preparations on the menu, catering to a variety of dietary preferences. Additionally, the option for paid parking adds convenience to your visit, ensuring a hassle-free experience. All in all, Kanvas Restaurant is a hidden treasure near Palolem Beach, with its welcoming atmosphere, diverse menu, and commitment to serving fresh, delicious food. Great place to chill and eat at at any hour of the day. I visited this place with my friends everyday that I was in Palolem. Get the Beef Burger and Eggs Royale for a delicious lunch/breakfast.

Ambiance: We were planning to visit this place for lunch. From the look of it, and whatever we could have noticed from outside, this place looked decent, seating, lighting, and the restaurant crowd everything seemed good. Unfortunately, we were kind of denied entry to this restaurant for some unknown reason so can't say much about the inside of it. Food: Couldn't taste it, so I can't comment on it. Staff: Everything was so good but unfortunately I guess the staff OR manager here has some sort of strict policy regarding guests who will be allowed inside the restaurant. We were straightaway stopped at the doorstep and one of the staff/managers came and told us millions of reasons to not come inside, while at the same time we can see that there were other guests inside, and few others were going in. It was at the moment, it felt like we are either not suitable for the place OR they have a high standard for their guests. I felt quite bad at that moment, as my wife and friends were completely exhausted from the long trip, and sort of "hangry", and then this happened. To be honest, we felt embarrassed. Washroom: Couldn't go inside the restaurant only, lol. Verdict: I don't know what to say, maybe this restaurant has some sort of different policy regarding their guests, some sort of dress code may be. Even during writing, it's reminding me of all the embarrassment we all felt that day.

Imagine its a non peak season. Restaurants need diners. Went there all staff were sitting behind the bar playing some game together. Sat on the front table for 15 minutes!!! Not one person noticed and came to take an order. Even I didnt bother as they were so busy with themselves forgetting that there's a customer . Guess management needs to be more strict on how the place is being run
