The Kokum Kitchen was our go-to place for leisurely breakfasts during our stay at the Fort Aguada Hermitage. The hotel's coffee shop presents an elaborate buffet spread for all meals - breakfast, lunch & dinner. The breakfasts were lavish with multiple live counters (dosas, waffles & the works), an extensive spread of Indian (North, South & Goanese) & western options, and of course complete with fruits, juices, bakery items, et al. And while we could only try one full meal, a single a-la-carte dinner (while sitting at the adjoining SFX), the lunch & dinner spreads seemed even more lavish (in fact my folks had a lunch during their stay subsequently at the property) and they only had the nicest of things to say about. Our dinner too (a paneer kathi roll) was excellent - the portion, quality & taste were all top-notch. Finally, while the food is probably on par with most good hotels, it's again the proverbial Taj hospitality which steals the show - we were pampered by Rohan, Sairaj, Roshan, Virendra, Vincent, Mohit & Chef. Rishi and on one of the mornings at the breakfast at Il Camino (our last one there) we were spoilt by Rishav, Vishnu, Chef. Rukesh, Pawan & Abhishek. In fact a special thanks from my parents to Vincent. They were all exceptionally warm, amiable, hospitable, and personable. Thanks everyone, you guys know how to be hosts par excellence - we'll be back.

Had the buffet here for breakfast and dinner both, the spread is excellent and quality of the food is brilliant. Loved the non vegetarian selection and the desserts, the staff is very polite and professional.

As we were staying at this hotel for 2N 3D we opted for their buffet. The breakfast buffet had quite of options to choose from. There were a lot of beverages to start your day with. They had fresh fruit juice or some hot beverages life coffee or tea. They had the basic bread and butter or jam. They also have croissant options. If you are healthy freak they have got you covered with the array of cold salads. They have the typical south indian breakfast some chicken sausages and many more. The desserts also included Goan desserts . The lunch buffet was quite a spread too. They had so many options in mains as well as appetizers. They also had live counter incase you need some indian breads to indulge in with your soothing and creamy gravies. . The dinner buffet had a wide spread as well. It had a drink to start with and then array of appetizers, salads and mains. They also had live pasta counter . My experience here was really good. Do try out their buffet options they really give you wide range of variety

As you enter the establishment, it is dominant with the shades of white and emerald blended together which falls in line with the theme of Goa. The buffet selection is vast and one can choose from a good variety of dishes ranging from various cuisines. They even had a mocktail as well as some great starters including the Dry manchurian, kebabs and Paneer tikka. Live pasta counters came up with delightful Italian full of flavours. The pita breads accompanying the hummus were extremely light and soft. There was also a variety of Indian dishes to choose from. However, undoubtedly the desserts were the eye candy as well as the highlight of the entire meal. The presentation and attention to detail in each dessert was commendable. The taste did absolute justice to each and every dessert and even after a full meal one still yearned for more ! The staff was really courteous and took care of each specification. The overall experience was amazing.

Ambience and view is spectacular and food is fine but desserts were a big disappointment for a Taj reputation. Wouldn't recommend to go if your looking for great food but great for a good time and service

Had a dinner buffet in May 2025. the spread was good. But the dishes were average. Except for the fish, none of them were so great. This was my first Taj experience. I expected better tasty food. Had much better food from other places in Goa on the same trip. I am rating 3 stars for the prompt service and the ambience. The staff were very accommodating, polite and quick.

Horrible food they charged us 790 for one piece of chicken just because we aren’t localities . They took two hours to give a South Indian thali and 40 mins to deliver sol kadi most horrible experience the people who took order were even worse he got curd and told it was mayonnaise. Most horrible place I don’t suggest anyone should go here . From our side it’s a big zero
