I had ordered chole bhature.. order says delivery wait time 20mint.. but after every 20mints they keep on adding wait timing 20-30 minutes 30-35 mint .. for one order they made me wait for 1 an half hours.. which is made me piss off.. for Help I called at restaurant but restaurant guy made me more angry by saying bhai order toh kab ka ready hai but Zomato (delivery boy) pickup nhi kr raha hai toh hum kya Kare.. is this way to speak to customer… they don’t have any manners to talk… I simply asked why my order is getting delayed by 30mints an on an on…

Ordered kadhi and rice online through zomato. Firstly received food late by more than 20 mins. Secondly didn’t follow cooking instructions. Lastly whole food was spilled . All the kasi was spilled in packet. Box had only pakoras . Such a pathetic service and packaging. No support from Zamato. Now I hv to write mail and wait for 72 hrs for Smone to revert . I want my whole amount back .
