If in goa and you have a craving for high quality authentic chinese food, this is the place....... the ambience gives a feel of a typical chinese setup with highly courteous and trained servers.... we ordered : - noodle wrapped prawns - chicken ginger chilli - pan fried noodles chicken (mains) - frozen tropica mocktail the prawns were crispy from outside and tender from within and well cooked with no signs of oil anywhere even though it was deep fried...... chicken ginger chilli was average in taste as we were expecting a more spicy dish but this was more on bland side but chicken was tender and juicy pan fried noodles were very yummy but the chicken was not well cooked and though smelling.... now here where you will never get disappointed in the server when it comes to TAJ... chef was called and asked to taste the chicken and within seconds the chef apologised and offered the same dish newly made.... we anyways were full so dropped the offer.... but Taj is known for its top class service and courteous.... so they anyhow served us a dessert and the pan fried was not added in the bill...... so this was a kind gesture instead of customer asking to remove the dish from the bill.... hats off to TAJ mock tail was perfect combo of mango with frozen ice and thus ordered 2 of those.... bent of the wallet was 3000 for a couple..... with 1 mains not counted in the bill surely will visit again happy dining
