This was my second time I stayed at living rooms for my Goa vacay. The place is very nice and the most important thing is the food at this hotel is amazing. We had breakfast complimentary here along with the room and the food was so delicious that we extended our trip at the hotel. A must visit hotel.

A perfect hotel to satiate your cravings for local Goan and Sea Food. Providing a soothing pool side view, sumptuous food a versatile menu and friendly staff this place has it all. Must Have- Chicken Kafial, Fish Curry, Chicken Masala

The place is always welcoming. Each year me and my husband chose to book the same hotel. Staff is very polite. Food is good. Never have we observed any disappointment in the service. When in Goa we chose the Living Room 👍🏻
