The restaurant is brilliant in all the aspects (sans one maybe) one can think of. The ambiance couldn't be better - how many restaurants can boast of a sea view really? An open kitchen always makes for a great setup. They can work on the exhaust though - it can get a bit smoky and smelly at times there. The complimentary breads (see picture) were sumptuous, fresh and tasty. We really loved the way they brought herb infused olive oli in test tubes. The presentation of food was nice and thoughtful. Everything we ordered, from the tapas to pizza to the garlic bread tasted authentic and great. The best part was the choice of their glasses. This is a rare restaurant that has taken the efforts to have the right type of red and white wine glasses instead of using the same type for the different wine types. The sangrias were really something out there. We ended up going there twice and on both occasions, we were served complimentary stuff. Once they gave us ministrone soup in these really cute looking tea cups and next they gave us garlic bread as well as juice for our daughter. Taj hospitality at it again! Kudos!

Made an impromptu visit to Taj exotica with my partner the other night. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant that serves the buffet. I opted for the buffet while my partner opted for À la carte. There was a decent spread of food which tasted delicious and fresh. And my partners food was also made as per her liking. Special mention to Mr. Arnab/Arnav who was waiting our table that night. He truly elevated our dining experience by being very warm and forthcoming. And also indulged us in some interesting trivia of his roots and also the food that we were eating. Definitely coming back for the good food and the splendid service.

Miguel Arcanjo, the Goan delicacy restaurant at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa, is a hidden gem worth exploring. The menu at Miguel Arcanjo may be a bit challenging to decipher if you're not familiar with Goan cuisine, but worry not! The chef is always on hand to assist you. We were fortunate to have the chef guide us through the menu. Her culinary skills shone as she prepared a delectable dinner for us, showcasing the rich flavors and textures of Goan cuisine. The restaurant's ambience exudes warmth and hospitality. Tables were well-arranged, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere, enhanced by the soft candlelight.

Absolutely stunning Goan food in an unexpected place! The Balchao and the Vindaloo were delicate, very very well-cooked and totally amazing. Even the kid's pasta was brilliant. This one is a winner.

On our Sunday adventures for some fine dining restaurant food, we ended up reaching this restaurant. This restaurant is part of the Taj Exotica Hotel and have visited this place once every six months, in order to try out something new. The ambience of the place is top notch. So at the start of our meal we ordered for the Anti Pasto (this is actually the mezze Platter and although the portions was a bit less but the dish was delicious) for starters. For the main course we had the pancetta wrapped free range chicken, fettuccine bolognaise and the pumpkin & saffron gnocchi (all the dishes were well prepared and tasty but the portions for the chicken and gnocchi was a bit less). For dessert we had the textures of chocolate (this dish was yum). All the dishes were well presented too. On the pricing front, all the dishes are very expensive but as for me I didn't mind it due to the food being really tasty and mind blowingly delicious. The service as usual is prompt and courteous. I would surely visit this place after a few months coz they do a lot of changes to their dishes, which at times are good.

This is a fine dining restaurant with a wide variety of seafood and meat. Lovely ambience and friendly staff. The presentation of food is excellent. Freshly baked bread platter is served. The desserts are to die for and very creative. Have enjoyed my meal every time I've been there. The lobster is delicious. Overall a very good dining experience.

A really memorable experience. The open layout kitchen is an amazing idea. The range of Continental and Goan items was reasonable. The taste of the cafreal chicken and prawns balchao was just excellent, far better than anywhere else in Goa. We also enjoyed the San rival and Serra Dura desserts. Quantity of each is a bit small and not all the servers were proficient in dividing up portions across our group of four. One was and hence the portions were divided up perfectly.

Been there for our anniversary lunch. The place is nice Italian restaurant. The hospitality offered to was very warm and made us feel special. Special mention about the tiramisu which was served to us is a elegant presentation. The restaurant offered us a complimentary cake for our anniversary which was amazing and melt in mouth types. The left over pizzas were handed over to us in a nice pizza carry box

Date : 9-June-2018 at 8 PM A rainy day and lot of wind and mist so decided to dine here with family. Got a table very easily and opted for the outdoor seating as the weather was just right and no need for an AC. Was attended to and seated on a table where we had the sea view which was good. Just the right time for a scotch so ordered one and settled down with some finger food. This diner has more of a Goan / Continental menu so lot of non veg options. The starters were decent in taste. Ordered some tiger prawns for the main course which were ok. I has expected them to be more tender and a little spice would have made them tangy. The location of the place is superb, service is good but the food could be better.

3 ambience (for such a pricey menu its a dead place outdated ambience needs to be refurbished ) Service 4, food 2 .So we went to Taj Exotica for dinner to celebrating our anniversary we first entered the bar were greeted by Somnath (bartender) plesant chap had our drinks and shared a few recepies of martinis and had a good time , then we went to the restaurant Miguel Arcanjo were greeted by Rituraj the waiter saw the menu and was happy for two things we love steak and tiramisu ordered them were served assorted bread and spicy/mushroom chutney the Focaccia bread and the garlic bread were great till now the food was 4 points but when the steak came it was a disapointment i ordered a medium to well done steak the streak was burnt outside and rare inside i called the waiter and showed him what was been servered the dish was taken back and sort of corrected, the steak was fibery and dry as the result of re heating in the oven after that we ordered the desert 4.5 for the tiramisu fresh eggs and mascarpone cheese and the coffee diped lady fingers biscotti great presentation very creamy and delicious worth every rupee at the time of the bill i spoke to our server Rituraj and explained and gave our suggestion the steak was rushed the juices were squeezed so it would be cooked faster and was disapointing we explained our hospitality background in the US and Rituraj as service recovery insisted on a 10 % discount so we payed all the discount back to him as gratuity as he had saved the day for Taj Exotica great job . Will go back only for the tiramisu.
