What a phenomenal meal! Celebrated my father’s 75th birthday here at Miguel’s. Boy oh boy, did the deliver and how! Right from the time we entered, we’ve had such a memorable experience. Von hosted us and his service was impeccable - from recommending the right drinks, dishes and desserts, to ensuring that we were comfortable and had a memorable experience. A very cozy, warm ambience greets you from the time you enter, and each of their carefully curated dishes are bound to leave you yearning for more. A gastronomical delight, especially when you are all about that fusion lifestyle. Must visit, must try! Kudos to y’all - Team Miguel’s! Y’all have made the list!

Simran helped us with the order of drinks & food. She was dam good. Very rare do you find such people in a bar to assist you with the right things to order. I personally loved the place, music, food and the vibe 🥰 Its definitely worth visiting.

One of the best places to dine in Goa. The staff is very kind and approachable. We had the mushroom pate and chicken liver pate, along with the chicken picante and it was delicious! The drinks were unique and yum too. Must visit !!!!

Dined at the vibrant Miguel’s, where every bite was a testament to the transformative power of flavoursto elevate and inspire. Opted for their small plates, a decision that led to a thrilling culinary adventure. Began with pan-seared prawns cooked in a delicate mustard sauce on a rice cake, a masterful balance of flavors that showcased the beauty of restraint. Fortunately, the mustard flavour was subtle, allowing the natural sweetness of the prawns to shine, a true celebration of the ingredients. The dish was a testament to the chef's skill in elevating each component to create a harmonious whole. The second starter was the smoked Chonak, expertly cooked in a rich tomato kokum, tamarind paste, and curry leaf chilli oil, a true symphony of flavours The fish was truly exceptional, its freshness and tenderness a testament to the chef's dedication to excellence. The sauces added a depth of flavour each bite a perfect balance of textures and tastes that left me eager for the next. Concluded the meal with the restaurant’s recommendation, Miguel’s Cafreal chicken, a beloved Goan dish that exceeded expectations. The chicken was a revelation, its juices and sauces melding together in perfect harmony, a true masterpiece. And then the dessert. The special was Miguel’s Serradura, a sublime creation of cream, brown butter, biscuit, and condensed milk that redefined the boundaries of culinary excellence. It was a symphony of flavors and textures, a truly phenomenal experience that left me in awe. Overall, it was a meal that ignited a sense of wonder, a testament to the transformative power of food to inspire and uplift.

So we went here on a Saturday a evening and below is the review: 1. Drinks- we ordered 2 drinks- espresso martini and a gin based cocktail, photos below. So the drinks were very refreshing and amazingly done. The pour size is 60 ml. The drinks menu has a lot of options and they have some amazing cocktails. The drinks here are better done than you’d find in metro cities as well 2. Food- Although the vegetarian food options are really less but they are somewhat innovatively done. The portion size is a bit small so you might have to order more. 3. Cost- for 2. It would easily cost around 4K with a few food items and drinks. They charge 22% VAT and service charge of 10%. The drinks are priced as that if any metro city like Mumbai, Delhi etc 4. Location - they are situated in Panaji and the lane has a lot of good pub and bar options 5. Ambience- it’s a very cozy place with 4-5 tables and 10 bar stools so it gets full really fast 6. Staff- They are very friendly , courteous and talkative and guide really well in terms of drinks 7. They have live band on some days 8. Please book a table in advance before going

One of the best Espressos Martinis I have had - so I had 6! The bartender will fix you a special drink if you tell them the flavor profile you like. Foods quite nice too - loved the ceviche .

Sorry but Miguels wasn't for me. I mean I heard sooo much about this place , was so excited and pretty confident that I'll walk out happy but naaah. I'm not saying everyone won't like it, you might ,but I'm saying just because many say good things about it doesn't mean you will enjoy it too. ordered a seafood starter that comes in a spoon, and we both hated it. francesinha sandwich came in a pool of tomato sauce which was sooo bad and both of us felt the sauce was just too much. like whyyy. the choriz batata was nice but let me tell u something, it came with 1 pav. and that was also so tiny. I've posted the pic so u understand what I'm saying. why don't u reduce the choriz potato quantity if you are giving two of us one tiny pav ? or why don't u give me more pav ? why are u waiting for me to order extra pav to finish the rest of the choriz so that u can charge me for the extra pav ? Both of us just laughed seeing the baby pav that came with the choriz batata. we obviously had to order extra bread ... boyfriend had the urrak drink and was happy about it. now after all that, I was little excited. why ? because it's dessert time ! and no matter how bad the food is, dessert always makes me happy because I've a sweet tooth. ordered two desserts. both were sooo saddd. if you know me personally you would know what it means when I say dessert didn't make me happy. not one but two ! ordered dessert of the day coconut lime something and also the cornetto. very very disappointed. quantity and taste both. Also their service needs improvement, waiters are a Lil too chill and lethargic , they forgot my dessert order and when I asked them did u forget my order he says " i actually put it on hold" I mean hello, can I get an apology? the word is sorry I believe. yeah this nonchalant attitude after making a blunder is not what I needed after such a disappointing dinner. since I was the one who recommended this place to the boyfriend, after we walked out of Miguels he was like " you're not allowed to give me recommendations for the next few days " lol.

We went for dinner and it was absolutely horrible. They have no proper food options and serving food with just basic ham or pork does not make it premium. What's the point of being part of top 30 bars when you can't explain your drinks, serve basic cocktails for exorbitant price and don't even have any food to pair it with. Anyways I would not suggest this place to anyone travelling to Goa. You only get a few dinners at Goa please don't waste it on here.
