the ambience and the staff handling the restaurant is fantastic, chef Ayushman , restaurant manager shayan and team not only make great recipes but they tell a different story with each dish, we had tuta verdure pizza and spaghetti lamb bolognese, it was out of this world. last but not the least, special thanks to Vaman and Nisha

i was in goa for just one day and i am glad i choose itc grand goa and ottimo for having my dinner, it was such a grand experience just like the name itc grand goa, the staff and chef were very helpful in recommending items for me to try. special thanks to Akshay for taking such a good care of me

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The dining experience was truly impressive — the ambiance is warm and inviting, the staff are attentive and polite, and the food is absolutely delicious. Every dish was well-prepared and served with great presentation.

One of the unique items that was present were the poached fruits that I don’t usually see as a part of the breakfast buffet at other places. The fresh cut vegetables and sprouts are perfect if you are a salad person. If you like your cereals in the morning they had quite a few options such as Muesli, Wheat Flakes, Chocos and Corn Flakes. They also had dry fruits that you could mix with your cereals.

We ended up trying their margherita pizza and it was honestly pretty bad :( very bad pizza dough and just didn't taste fresh. Such a let down. We did enjoy the foccacia with red wine as well as the amazing tiramisu. The high prices definitely don't justify the quality of food hence we weren't interested enough to try more from their menu, which is sad. I expect more from a 5 star hotel. Service is friendly and restaurant is nice.

The food was average overall. The calamari was heavily battered and very oily. The steak sauce tasted overwhelmingly of soy sauce. The arroz dish was full of carrots, although it was still quite tasty. I felt very bloated after the calamari and didn’t really enjoy the rest of the meal as a result. The only real positive was the waiter and the service, which were both good. Overall, it wasn’t worth the hype

Da luigi at the park Hyatt used to be my favorite Italian restaurant in Goa.. one of the finest dining experiences in Goa. Undoubtedly.. chef sarin and chef Shankar dhakal at the helm. Top notch food everytime and great personal touches made the difference. Now with park Hyatt sold to ITC . Da luigi becomes ottimo cucina( chain of italian under itc grand. After Bangalore/Chennai /Delhi) Goa gets an ottimo cucina. To start off with the service. The service is so poor that even a road side restaurant would be better. The waiter have no clue what's happening.they are just running around . The captain doesn't even know the name of the chef. We ordered wine . It took 30 mins for them to get the wine.( That too a wrong one. Chilean red was ordered. They got a white wine) Every time wine was ordered it took easily 20 mins to come. Food started off pathetic. Brushetta was below average. ( But edible ) eggplant parmigiana was below average too. Seafood pizza was bad. No flavor at all..since the Italian was dismal.. we shifted to Indian. Ordered food from the kebab and curries. Chicken Afghani kebabs were the only decent started of the night.. mutton galouti kebabs were so bad. We had to call the Indian chef. There was no mutton.. just besan and some other powder. No taste. He took it back and got some tawa lamb. Which was too chewy we had to throw it out. There was no way v could even try the main course. We went for the desserts. Tiramisu was average to say the least. But the worst part was the panacotta . It was a rubbery chewy gelatin thing. Which v had to bite thru. Horrible..and dismal. Never coming back here. So miss the old da luigi. ITC gm / manager please get things in order.. your service is getting dismal..

ordered the torte Caprese. Was unbelievably bad. It was supposed to be served with chocolate ganache according to the picture in the menu. But was served with diluted chocolate milk (with a very slight hint of chocolate) instead. The guy literally just poured that milk all over the cake while serving and ruined it completely and kept justifying it by saying 'it was just liquid(y) ganache and not 'milk' and the chef made it liquid(y) coz he didn't have time ' For whatever reason, he thought that was a reasonable excuse lol . Ridiculously bad food and service! Recommend avoiding this place.
