The Pqvilion at ITC Goa has been one of our most loved and cherished dining experiences. The staff ensured that we received personalised and an unforgettable experience. They ensured that we were cared for and our needs and wishes were addressed with prompt action. Kimberly and Manish, our hosts, checked on us regularly so we could be made to feel at home at all times. The room service was meticulous and despite it being a HUGE property, all our requests were attended to with your utmost promptness. I loved how coordinated and organised the staff was. Besides, the commendable service offered by Akash and Harish at the restaurant (the Pavilion) is indescribable. On hearing about our 12 hour long road trip post check-out, a big box full of generous love (sandwiches, croissants, pastries and other savouries) was gifted to us to ensure a safe and pleasant drive. I have never experienced an exquisite service of such swell standards ever before! Kudos to the ITC team! Can’t wait to visit you again!

Stayed at the ITC Grand Goa for 4 nights with family, and had breakfast at the Pavilion every day. Very good spread and and helpful staff. The chef went out of his way to get us something that my child wanted but wasn’t available in their kitchen - really appreciate the effort! Had their buffet lunch as well, which again had good variety. Only recommendation would be to add a few more local dishes to the breakfast menu … especially for vegetarians.

This is a good place to have food while you stay at the resort. Has buffet and Pizza for one of the meals. Fresh and tasty Pizza which was good for 2.

Giving a summed review of 3 breakfast and 3 dinner during our stay. All buffet review!!! As soon as you enter you will notice the place is small and with rush from people staying here it does get crowded..but staff does a great job in managing tables. Breakfast- has a great spread for south and north indian usual suspects , then there is continental dishes, eggs made to order and couple of either items. Different type of bread, fruits and juices/milk based drinks. Live counter is parathas, waffle and pancake. Everything thing tasted well and upto a five star buffet. One downside- we overheard a staff mixing egg n eggless pankcake and spoke with their peer that it all taste same. Personally i do t bother but didn’t expect Dinner- i noticed while staying here that the lunch spread is far more than dinner which is unlike other 5stars in india st least. It always had mix of salads, 1 veg soup, 2 veg starters (:() north, local goan, continental dishes. Different types of desserts. Live counter for mongolian on one day. They did have chat but it was okay. If you are staying here i fid notice some fishes being same for lunch n dinner.

Few days ago we went there to have lunch with family. Its a five star property which provides fine dinning. We opted for the buffet. The lunch lunch buffet was a vast spread. From salads to starters to Asian, Indian, continental & Goan Main course to finally dessert. I loved the dessert section more than the starters and main course. Loved the rose dahi and chocolate mousse as it was just amazing. In main course loved the Chicken Biriyani and Laal Mansh. But apart from these two I think the starters and main courses could have been better. The starts were very limited and the main course lacked the flavours. But overall a nice experience.

The Pavilion at the Village Square is the only 24/7 restaurant at the ITC Grand Goa. As such it is pretty convenient to just walk in to the place whenever you are hungry. I initially started off by ordering Prawns in Hot Garlic Sauce. The prawns were tossed with bel peppers and chilli bean paste. I then ordered the Sliced Fish in black bean sauce. This was paired with red onion, garlic and bell peppers.

This is an amazing restaurant. Love their buffet breakfast. The only thing which disappointed me is that they have a same menu for everyday. Nothing really changes in there breakfast buffet menu. Staff is extremely courteous. Must have- veg burger aglio olio pasta , dal makhani and aloo kofta salan

We stayed for 6 nights at ITC since we were gifted points (otherwise we can't really afford the hotel on our own) so we opted for the buffet breakfast that is included in the room rate. We ate all of our breakfasts here at the Pavilion as well as some lunches and couple dinners. Breakfast choices included indian, limited goan, continental and few asian dishes. Overall it felt pretty lame.  -Waffles, pancakes and such were mediocre.  - Parathas were too dense and not good so this was quite sad since it was a live counter.  - Eggs were just decent :(.  - The most of what we enjoyed and had often was south indian food especially the live in counters of dosas - masala dosa was a hit and so was the rava dosa although they couldn't make this often as their hot tava needed to cool down and they couldn't deal with the busy morning - wonder why even offer an option when they can't deliver?  - Idlis were pretty sad :( would have loved to see more gourmet options like brown/black rice or ragi idlis.  -Sambar was good and upma was also not bad. -Poha was just ok - loved their croissants and danish and muffins. The desserts overall were great - good selection of fruits Other foods we tried for lunch/dinner - overall desserts were really good. Loved tiramisu, double chocolate cake, apple berry crumble, bebinca was excellent etc - fish fry was decent - baby menu fish nuggets had plastic inside which the Chef apologized and made fresh apam for our child. I don't understand one thing, adult menu has fresh fish but children menu has frozen fish nuggets which isn't even fresh? This is ridiculous and management has to change that. No frozen food should be served for children. It is so easy to just toss some fish rava fry without spices. We ended up ordering for ourselves fresh fish and just gave our 11.5mo old from our plate. Quite disappointing this had to happen in a 5 star resort. - pork vindaloo and bebinca were very good. - Club sando and burger were pretty tasty Service was always excellent and on point. Lots of friendly staff ready to recommend, help and get food orders and deliver promptly. They were very accommodating since we had a baby with us. The village quarter idea is pretty awesome and every night they had live music - we thoroughly enjoyed the tabla  night but food is letting this hotel down. They need to serve better, fresher and more gourmet food. Food overall felt like mass produced, and this is not something you want to have at a 5 star hotel.
