We had such a lovely time celebrating Alec’s birthday at Planet Hollywood today, and I just had to share how wonderful the entire experience was! We started off at the pool, and both the pool and gym in-charges—Carlos and his colleague—were absolutely amazing. They were kind, attentive, and even helped inflate Alec’s pool toys without us even having to ask. Small gestures like that really made us feel so well taken care of. Post pool time, we headed to the restaurant and were blown away by the food—top-notch quality and so tasty. But what truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality from the team. Mr. Aditya (the manager) and the staff—Naeem, Siddesh, Jordan, and Anthonic—were all incredible. Friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home throughout. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for Alec to cut, which just made the celebration so special. Thank you again for everything. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories!

I love the vibes of the place, fabulous food and great service. Special thanks to Mr. Syroy for the exceptional care taken for my entire family for our lunch at Dailies. All the staff here is lovely and polite. Just a little thing - the plating needs to be improved a bit. The chicken seemed like served in a very basic restaurant. Thank you.

The food and service was amazing. Chef Abhishek rocks!! Hid salad and cake was simply delicious 😍

The food was good and the service was excellent. The only drawback was that the AC’s in the restaurant were not functioning. Requested multiple times to the manager but he could not solve the issue.

My bitter experience with the quality of food would be rated 3/10 , I ordered 3 items , 1.)chicken malai tikka (1/10) (food smelled too much cheeses without any malai and we had to leave out the food )- approx Rs 600/- Penne pasta (red sauce) was 3rd standard , they definitely took the customers for granted ( 3/4 rth left out ) -any pasta in anywhere would have a laugh at the pasta served here

service very very late. food taste is superb. we ordered butter Macha paranoia and that was served plain. soup before main course order served was after 40 mins. looks to be less staff in service on weekend.

Restaurant manager is very rude. Resisted payment via zomato, removed bill discount on paying via zomato.
