This little gem of a restaurant was exactly what I needed during my culinary weekend getaway. The people here are truly wonderful—everyone, from the person who greets you at the door to the lady who recommends the drinks, makes you feel right at home. A massive shoutout to Chandrika for recommending the Revello Spritzer, which has officially become my new favorite drink. Chandrika is the happiest face that first said a warm and happy hello the moment I waked up to the bar. And Anir (I hope I got the name right) thanks for suggesting the pumpkin gnocchi of my dreams. Also, he’s such a nice, friendly bloke. A good egg in the world of hospitality for sure! The restaurant had live music playing downstairs, but I headed upstairs to the bar for a cozy vibe. I started with a delicious prawn cocktail, and then dove into that unforgettable pumpkin gnocchi. Chef Ralph even came up to say hello—what a genuinely kind and welcoming person. Chef Ralph and his wife Stacey are both so lovely and really take the time to engage with every guest, with Stacey happily explaining the menu. If I hadn't already indulged at Padaria Prazares (another must-visit that’s run by Chef Ralph and his wife) I would have been all over their roast chicken and grilled fish. I even packed some of the liver pâté to take back to Bangalore, as Chef highly recommended it. I absolutely love these guys and will definitely be back for more. Radhika, my dear friend, I can’t thank you enough for insisting I eat here—this is now my favorite spot in Goa. These guys are here to stay because they treat people with so much love, care, and respect.

There's Fine Dining and then there's just culinary experience, if you are into the latter, do visit Praca Prazares. Here's my review of this place: Pros: 1. Food: Amazing, we went for Dinner and ordered 2 starters and 1 Main course and every single one of them was just perfect. The reason I will give this 4.2 out (and I am just not picking here, they should include a bit more veg dishes)..(4.2/5) 2. Ambience: Chic, located in one of the most amazing places in Goa - Fontainas, this is just a hidden gem.(4.5/5) 3. Customer service: Amazing, the host, CDP, CDC was quite polite and attentive. Heats off to chef Ralph Prazeres for maintaining the high standards. (6/5) Cons: 1. Bar Menu: Could have more Signature cocktails. (4/5) Verdict: (4.5/5) Overall verdict: Praca Prazares is already in my list of restaurants which I will be visiting again.

One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in Goa! Everything we ordered was outstanding. The chicken liver pâté was superb, and the burnt pork belly ends with apple aioli were exceptionally delicious. The potato skins were probably the best I’ve ever had. The gnocchi with chorizo was divine, and the lamb confit melted in the mouth; it was unforgettable. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the portion was so generous that it was almost impossible to finish. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the chocolate mousse arrived; it was pure chocolate heaven. A special mention goes to the serving staff. she was kind, patient, and knowledgeable, explaining each dish beautifully. Service like this truly makes the experience memorable. If you’re in Goa, don’t miss this gem. The food, service, and atmosphere are all perfect!

Walked in very late almost after their closing hours as we were craving some ice-cream but couldn't find a place open. We didn't know of this place. The waitress welcomed us as a band was playing its last song and recommended a dessert with ice cream- the most yummy - a freshly baked cookie with vanilla ice-cream, salted peanuts and Snickers. the taste of the warm cookie dough has stayed with me. Diners were in a good mood chatting with the band and we got lovely free Margrita shots as it happened to the waitresses bday. Can't wait to come back and try the whole menu!

It was indeed a very great place. The servers were very passionate about their work. She explained all the dishes to us with full enthusiasm. Every dish tasted great. Washroom was super clean.

Ive been here thrice now. I get the charm. But it’s been a downward slopping experience. They are still good. But it’s not as good as when they started out. Same for padaria

Went with husband for a meal on Sunday night. Ordered a salad & starter (for me) n main course (for mister). My starter arrived in 7-8 minutes, salad in another 10 but there was no sign of main course. Asked the staff a couple of times but everyone just kept saying - it’s coming. Since my husband is vegetarian, he couldn’t share my crispy pork starter and he’s not a fan of salads so he kept waiting. All around us, newer tables were being served promptly. Eventually, we got cheesed off with the lack of urgency on the part of the staff n cancelled the order. No one even bothered to come n apologise or meet a hungry guest! So much for a Condé Nast rated restaurant 😵💫 Did not expect - very disappointed

What kind of a chokehold does the management have on the service staff (Preeti) that they are willing to go to the lengths of gaslighting customers to pay for a small billing mistake on their path. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal in terms of money but to try to convince a customer (me) who has been abstaining from alcohol for a faith based practice, and to tell the customer (me), “Yes, you had ordered a mock-tail but we gave you a cocktail which is what’s been printed on the bill. So please pay????” when I clearly did not taste any alcohol in my beverage and neither did my partner. And then Preeti spent 15 minutes back and forth with me (while I was spiralling considering if my year worth of sobriety is down the drain), trying to convince us that they was liquor in my beverage. The beverage that I specifically pointed to on the menu and asked if it was a mocktail and Preeti assured me that it was when I placed my order. What in the name of fine-dining experience was happening???? Kevin, the inhospitable goon, who should definitely not be customer facing. Then approached us with a new bill like it was our fault this whole thing was happening and throws it on the table without a word. I’m extremely confused and deeply disappointed with this experience. I ask the management, where is the consideration and hospitality? Why are your staff behaving like this?
