I recently had the pleasure of visiting Iriss, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I would like to appreciate Mr. Sharul and Mr. Sharad was amazing service. Hospitality here is truly world-class; the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed without being intrusive. As for the dining, the food and drinks were highlight of the night. Every dish was prepared with obvious care and high-quality ingredients. It’s rare to find a 5-star property where the culinary experience matches the luxury, but Iriss nails it. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a seamless blend of comfort and great taste.

The staff imposed unnecessary service charges and strongly opposed the use of the Zomato discount, initially refusing to let us pay through the platform. Even after the bill was settled via Zomato, they insisted on charging an additional 10% service charge separately for food and alcohol. The justification given was based on supposed "terms and conditions" that were never shown or displayed—just verbal claims made by a staff member, whose behavior was unprofessional and tone extremely rude. This was meant to be a special birthday celebration, but the experience was completely ruined by this incident. If the restaurant has such issues with Zomato discounts, they should reconsider being a partner. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Their manager SAGAR was extremely rude,Worst experience as if he was doing a Favour giving us a table!! If they don’t accept Zomato pay which says 20% off then they shouldn’t have even taken cover for that! Over hyped and such a small space Bad baaad baaad Guys go to Romeo lane instead!

hospitality is horrible. They do not serve you if you ask them to remove service charges even though it is not mandatory to pay it. The justification is that the tables are expensive, and they asked us to stand if we were not going to pay service charges. Overall, it's not worth the hype

BAKWAS !! Worst experience ever !! Charged us 4K for couple and 4K for stag entry and out of 8K only 4K was redeemable. When we entered they said post 11 PM the table charges are from 35K to 10 LAKHS !! I mean ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Pathetic place !!!!!!!

I went to raeeth with my friends. I believe it is a scam run by people with uniform. The food was absolutely worst so were the cocktails. It is an overpriced place. The staff is rude as well. Having said this, it may be a good place for a foreigner.

paid a bomb to enter, and the crowd was filled with male stags that too on a Christmas eve. With extremely inflated alcohol and low quality food this place is not what it is aiming to be.
