Just before you reach the steps of the calangute, you can see a Yellow building thats the iconic Ratna Sagar restaurant of Goa. The place is amazing put don't expect the service to be too good... But it isn't that bad. Food is good and if you are going for the expensive ones you'll get it with nice presentation. The menu includes Veg food, Non veg food, Goan sean food and Booze also the place serves Chinese and other Continental food. The best time to visit the place is after 7PM in the evening because you can see the sunset from their upper seating as well as the karaoke begins at that time. 7-10 PM is best time if you are traveling with family ..... If you are a group of bachelor's i suggest you to head to cafe during the Off hour's that is during night. Ratna sagar provides 27*7 facility so it literally never closes and calangute Beach is best to be visited in night because day time it is heavly crowed. Many people have given a low star rating to the restaurant. Well personally i don't find any Good reason behind that.... And they have worked hard in maintaining their reputation over past couple of years. So if you are in Goa you should visti them.

Restaurant located at calagute beach serves veg and non-veg both cuisine. We were enjoying at beach that time we could here the live singing going on here. All thr retro songs attracted us so much that we decided to visit this place only for our dinner. When we entered we saw that songs were sung using apps. Even we can go and sing on our demand. Volume is too loud so I can say if you go with family of old age group or kids then you need to think before entering. Seating arrangement is comfortable and available for small as well as large groups. I tried following delicacies: #Prawns Curry: They provide two options in this as goan curry or Indian curry. I chose Goan and it was nicely made with perfect touch of Goan spice. It goes little towards sweetish taste. #Paneer Pasanda: Liked the taste and quantity was amazing.

Ratna Sagar is located on calangute beach. Thsi restaurant is famous for its cocktails and karaoke nights where people sing old and new bollywood numbers starting from evening. The food is very well decorated and also tastes good. Ordered chicken triple fried rice which was very tasty along with some cocktails. Do try their special chicken fry which has cooked to perfection chicken pieces.

A great place to have food in goa , this resturant is beach facing, and amazing food is served. Their prawn biryani is the most amazing the taste is quite good. I also tried noodles and manchurian they were really tasty and spicy, food is really reasonable here and better food is served then any nearby shacks, its a must try.

This one goes for the vagator branch. You'll have a fine experience here. Good ambience will win your heart at the first moment but late order preparation will test out your temper. Surprisingly, Beer is expensive but food price is nominal. I didn't like the part that they use almost 90% maida even in a lacha paratha. So if you order roti, lacha or naan. Looks like all was prepared from the same dough. My friend almost fought with me for ordering Roti😄. South Indian items are also okay. I won't say great but also not bad.

Its a mid budget restaurant & bar, which holds loud karaoke events every night , if you are staying nearby you will be able to hear all kinds of crazy drunk voices every night . We went for a lunch one day, few items like prawns & starters were really good , don't go for biriyani here,it will be disappointing.

One of the landmarks of Calangute beach. Went for a breakfast, tried veg sandwich and chicken sandwich. Both ok ok. The watermelon juice was good. View from the restaurant was also nice. Staffs are polite.

We ordered the Desi Chinese , Scrumptious and very delectable Menu. Loved it so very much for sure. I love Desi Chinese x

I had a one of a kind experience here. The waiters refused to respond to us after asking for the bills 3 times, after which we walked off. At this point while we were walking off, we were hurled with a flurry of abuses from the waiters which commented upon our parents and our upbringing, they even threatened to beat us. Took 100rs extra over the bill and walked off while still spewing out garbage from their mouth. Unfathomable.

1. Place was extremely noisy. For people, going for personal family time. Highly 'not' recommended. 2. Delivery was super delayed for each item ordered. 3. Fresh juice (Orange) was very bitter in taste. It looked like sour mausami juice. 4. Food was charged 3 times of normally such set up of restaurant. 5. Still waiter was tip so rudely. "Highly not recommended"
