Ripples is the restaurant in Club Mahindra Acacia Palms, Colva, Goa. It is a great place to try out rare delicacies. Our server Himanshu was courteous and extremely helpful. Chef Tapan Roy made some delectable dishes that we requested for - goan fish curry, kingfish shorshe, maacher jhol, prawn malai curry, chinese chilly fish, chinese green vegetables, shukto, bengali style alu gobhi and alu parantha, to name a few, and each of them was authentic and lip-smacking tasty. You can ask the chef to make dishes you would like to try out (including those not available in the menu) and he is sure to oblige. Another thing we noticed is the excellent quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended.

The food was good but hopscotch: reminders were repeatedly required for refilling the empty buffet bowls. The service was average. There was No A La Carte Only Buffet Service so we had no choice but to have what was served in the buffet. Also, we were charged ₹ 3,177/- as a couple excluding 35% discount with an extra of ₹ 40/- for Extra Espresso Shot: no idea as we didn't have it. No way to spend a Valentine's Day Dinner: Wouldn't have booked a table if I had known it was a Buffet Service. b
