Portion sizes has gone down drastically at this outlet. Prawns recheado came with only 6 tiny pieces costing around 600 bucks. Not worth a penny at that price point. Plus the recheado masala was not tasting authentic at all. Was Tasting more like Mangalorean ghee roast. Management must consider customer feedback seriously. Otherwise the chonak cafreal, prawns curry rice & chonak rawa masala fry was value for money. Overall mixed bag kinda experience.

Today's incident at Lunch! Ordered Fish Thali and Vindaloo along with some sol kadhi and green salad. The sol kadhi and green salad never came. This is what transpired between my friend (R) and Waiter (W) R: Good food but 2 items never came. W: i forgot about sol kadi. R: green salad also never came W: Banane mein time lagta hai R: i have never seen a restaurant not wanting to sell Waiter just threw the charge slip on the table.

Very limited options for vegetarians. Veg Xacuti was nice. Veg cafreal was bad (more like sweet boiled mint chutney). Starter portions are small.

Not sure why this place has such high rating. Fish thali was unavailable. Remaining dishes tasted like they were made by first time cooks. Vegetable manchurian was a ball of cornflour. The whole spices in the vindaloo and xacuti gravy tasted uncooked. The steamed rice was made with low quality rice and lumpy. The brownie was good.

There was a weird uncomfortable smell throughout the place. We ordered Chicken Cafreal. It was served with unsalted cold French fries which was pathetic. The masala fried king fish ordered was also not hot. We asked for ice which took ages to come. Had to keep reminding the waiters for it again and again. Food is not as great as people rave about it. A very dissatisfying experience.

Ritz standard have extremely dropped down. The seafood is not at all up to the mark and fresh . Bland , infact we found a cockroach also on the plate

Don’t order chicken , it was completely uncooked , extremely chewy and uneatable and Dal khichadi was below average
