Paradise in Mall de Goa, Porvorim ● Great Food ✔️ ● Good Drinks ✔️ ● Great Customer Service ✔️✔️ It's an oasis (the only eatery serving alcoholic drinks in Mall de Goa !) amidst the (somewhat dull) environs of Mall de Goa. This place is known more for it's sea food....so go for it. For services, pls don't forget to take the help of Mr.    -   Basanta Raj - Restaurant Supervisor! He'd ensure that you get the best service and recommendations. For drinks, pls don't hesitate to approach Mr. Prem - the  Sr. Bartender   . Not only would he prepare drinks on the menu, he'd also ensure that he makes some good bespoke drinks, well-suited to your palate They don't provide any high-stool seating arrangements near the bar....but, will go out of their way to accommodate you. So, what you waiting for ? Go, and enjoy the cozy environs of this place ....the place called "Ritz Classic" on the 3rd floor of Mall de Goa, Porvorim 😊👍

Went there for Lunch yesterday. it was Sunday and with constant coming in of people I still got a table for myself easily. I tried the Barramundi Rawa Fry, and it was very good. the fish was beautiful and flavoursome. Service was very quick, and my server was very attentive. It is definitely a plus to be here, because the food court outside was very crowded and noisy.

Well known place in Goa for traditional goan Fish Thali. Been serving authentic Goan cuisine for many many years in Panjim. Visited the Mall de Goa outlet after a long time. Really enjoyed the hospitality and service by Tukaram. Fish Thali was sumptuous and delicious. Chonak fish fry, tesreyo, Kismoor, crab curry, sol kadi, vegetables etc. Reasonable price.

Very authentic taste and flavours of a sumptuous Goan food. The batter fried Squids were just top notch and perfect. A must for all who wants to enjoy a great Fish Goan meal

I came in one day for lunch and was able to find a table, thankfully. We got the fish thali, which had king fish, prawn curry, and a bean fry, all of which were pretty tasty. The mackerel dish wasn’t my favorite, as it was an acquired taste. While the rava fry could’ve been a bit drier, the rest of the food was decent.

Food was really awesome and even service too but the Manager was too arrogant, we reached hotel at 2.30 pm and waited till 3.15 which was ok for us but once we seat then found staff was too cooperative but manager ( Bhaskar Shetty) was too arrogant. We asked him for options as he said fish thali is not available ,he is too loud while talking too us,so we rest our case and ordered fish by a la carte as per waiters suggestions which we found very tasty . Thanks to the waiter who helped us to provide with delicious food.

food was great , truly . staff service was excellent. but while using the dining voucher we had to face a problem as this was new to them . but the experience was quite 😊

We've always looked forward to the fish thali, but this year's experience was underwhelming. The lack of variety and quality left us feeling less than satisfied.
